Hmm...I guess the question is, what do you define as cheaper? Ko'olina is a great spa and you do get pampered but it is pricey. Generally, any resort spa (unless you are a guest) can be pricey but the atmosphere is also much more relaxing.
There's a spa in downtown called Heaven on Earth - never tried it, but I heard it was fairly reasonable. Caters mostly to the downtown, local crowd rather than tourists.
I agree about the Aveda Spa in Ala Moana - not necessarily cheaper but great service and great quality.
Good luck on your spa hunt!

As a customer of the Aveda spa in the Ala Moana shopping mall I can vouch for them. They arent' cheap but I think their prices are in line with what you'd pay at a spa in most larger cities. A higher end spa like the one at the exclusive Halekulani would be more expensive...but its also overlooking the beach at Waikiki and the staff there are world renown for their unmatched customer service ethic.

Why the heck would you want to go to a spa when you are in one of the most beautiful places on earth?

I know that they have a spa at the Pacific Beach Hotel, I don't know if it is any less expensive then other spas on Oahu, but you can check it out!
I presume it would be less expensive then the Ko Olina spa at Turtle Bay Resort, but I don't know.
