Many do, but if not your hotel should cash them for you.

Absolutely!

A real good piece of advice is take mostly traveler checks or credit cards. Believe me, it protects you and your family in case of loss or theft.

I usually take about $250.00 in $5.00 and $1.00 for tips and small stuff. Everything else is traveler checks or credit cards.

If you have AAA or know somebody that does there is no charge to get them.

Good luck, and have fun!

Most restaurants and shops do. Especially high tourist areas like Orlando.

Yes, as long as they are in $$. In fact, you can use them virtually everywhere, just like cash. Okay, so bus drivers wont accept them, but restaurants and shops will accept them.
