I have a chance to buy a Timeshare apartment. I understand I can trade it off for vacations in other places. Also I can join some organization called RCI which offer great deals. Is it worth going for or just continue paying full price each time I have a holiday?

I haven't Flown First Class on Continental before, bu I have flown Lufthansa and Japan air. They are so different... but I am flying my mother out First Class Continental next week. My wife and I are flying in to Macarthur Airport, but we want to visit manhattan where we will stay in a hotel for about 4 days. We could rent a car for around $160 and would have free parking, but I am wondering if there is any sort of transportation service that would be a better deal to and from the airport.
