Yes. I spent $1200 on visas (not to mention the trips back and forth) so that my wife from Scotland could stay with me. We followed the law, everyone else should have to do the same. I would find it very unfair if she was allowed to stay. If the gov't grants amnesty to illegals, we are going to the INS office to ask for our money back.

Yes, absolutely she should be sent back to Mexico. She broke the law and has no legal right to be in this country. What she's doing is no different than if another type of criminal hid in a church to evade the authorities -- churches are not meant to be safe places for criminals to hide.

YES, at her or Mexico's expense and the IRS should take away the tax exempt status from the church for being involved.

... before we all get righteous about the law and want to throw out any illegal aliens, let's not forget that the forefathers of the US not only arrived without asking permission, they also killed most of those who were already here ... it is too easy to get caught up in the crap of government and laws, designed to make us mindless robots, think for yourself and imagine you are in the other person's position before blindly believing that the law is sacrosanct ... after all those in positions of real power don't give a damn about what is legal, they just look after themselves ...

the police should march into the church and pull her out to deport her. if it was a drug dealer (both drug dealer and being here illegally is illegal) the police would surely go in there and arrest them

I think whoever made it inside U.S. should be allowed to stay. Unless they are criminals or something like that. However the border needs to be watched more closely - if all of Mexico will move into U.S. eventually we'll have 2 Mexicos and no U.S. - where would we all go then?
