Well, maybe if your dominican. I used ot live in washington heights and had my hair ruined a few times..

the Dominicans salons are all over the big apple;you can tell the better ones by the lenght of womens hair the best ones have what is known as growing hands ,women who get their hair done on a regular basics hair seem to grow longer and quicker when handled by them
