Nope, that is at Universal. They have a meal deal where you pay like $25 and you get meals throughout the day.
The only thing Disney has is the Disney Dining Experience and the Disney Dining Plan. I have the Disney Dining Experience, where I can get 20% off restaurants at all of the parks and resorts.
The dining plan is what you can get if you are staying on property, but you do not get your food for $25. The dining plan is typically taken anywhere in the park and you can bank points so you can eat at the really expensive restaurants, Like Victoria and Alberts.
Since you are not staying on property, try eating at some of the local restaurants... there's a lot of realy good stuff in Orlando!!

I think you may be thinking of the Disney Dining Plan. You can make those arrangements with Disney directly when you book your resort stay, etc...
On the Dining Plan, each person received 3 meals and a few snacks a day and the price is included with your hotel stay. It's actually a pretty good deal, but you are restricted to a certain list of eateries. Luckily, some excellent choices can be found at every park or resort.
If you choose not to do a Disney Dining Plan, I recommend visiting www.disneyworld.com. Sit down with your traveling party and look at all of the different places there are to eat inside each of the parks. Map out where you plan to visit. The site will list the approximate price of each meal for you and you can budget that way. I will note that the restaraunts at the Resorts tend to be much better than the parks. But there are some exceptions. Here are my top picks:
Resort Eateries:
Boma - Animal Kingdom Lodge - All you can eat buffet - about $30 a person
Ohana's - Polynesian Resort - all you can eat buffet brought to your table - about $25 a person
Spirit of Aloha Dinner Show - Polynesian Resort - a luau show and a fabulous meal - about $25-$30/person
Chef Mickeys - Contemporary Resort - all you can eat with the characters - about $20 a person or less
Resort Picks:
Magic Kingdom:
Tony's on Main Street - good Italian
Cinderelle's Castle - a bit pricey but fun
EPCOT:
Any of the countries-- they are all wonderful!
The Living Seas Rest. - Coral Reef - pricey but gourmet and the view is to die for!
Animal Kingdom:
Tusker House - $8-$15/person
Pizzafari - $7 - $15/person
Disney MGM Studios:
50's Prime Time Cafe - highly recommended!
Sci-Fi Drive in dinner Theatre
The Subway boat near the center of the park

Yes, you have to stay at Disney property to take advantage of the Disney Dining Plan. (It is about $37.00 per person per day, and you get a counter service meal, one table service meal and one snack per night of your stay)
However, there are ways to "eat cheap".
- eat breakfast before you go to the park
- try sharing meals while there. you can get a combo meal, buy and extra drink. there is often enough food for 2 people. This also works well in some of the pricier "sit down" restaurants, too.
- you are allowed to take snacks and bottled water into the park. so you can purchase these outside the less park for less money.
In the park a bottle of water or Coke is about $2.50, a combo meal is about $10-12, a table service meal can be anywhere from $15-50, depending on where you go. I don't know how many people you have to pay for or how many days you will be there, but this gives you a rough idea and you can do the math.
Remember, you will also want to buy souvenirs there...so keep some cash for that.
Have a great trip!!

Definately check out the Disney Website if you want to do the food-package - however you may find yourself spending more money that way. Its beneficial if you plan on Character Dining (Chef Mickey, Crystal Palace etc.) but its I'm not sure if its for "fast food" (Call 1-407-W-DISNEY to confirm)
As far as cash for 5 days - think about how many people will be attending - and how much do you love to shop... things there are a bit pricy (gifts etc) - I think more than a grand would suffice... and whatever is left over you can always deposit back into your account.
Remember its is cheaper to stay off disney property at a hotel with free shuttle service to all parks than to stay on Disney Property (unless you are staying at the All-Star Resorts!)
Have fun!

i am in the parks almost every weekend, i would suggest for cheep lunches depending on how much food you eat buy a kids meal as a snack.
a kids meal costs less then 5$ you get a small meal (like mac and cheese, grapes and crackers and a kids soda) and it is less then buying a snack sometimes.
the buffets are OK, and there is at least one at each park and most resorts have one too. but make sure you like the food before you go.
you can still call wdw-dine and ask about different buffets even if you are not staying on Disney property and you can make reservations without having to stay at wdw too.
also try www.Disneyworld.com for more disney info

Even if you can't do the disney dining plan, but plan on dining at disney, remember that these dining plans are getting very popular. What this will mean for you is that sit-down meal reservations may be difficult to get at "normal" meal times. If it is important to you to have a sit-down meal (which can be a needed break for small children) make sure you make your meal reservations early. You can do it up to 180 days in advance of your trip. The phone # is on the disney website.

they have atms so keep cash to a minimum - ask your concierge
vacations average $100 per person per day so you can gage how much you will need food at the park is fast food like McDonald's - some restaurants are nicer and pricier - have not heard about all you can eat for $25 - again ask your concierge. don't fall for the timeshares where they talk you into getting free food or tix for sales pitch - time on vacation is too valuable. We always had a good heavy b'fast before we went in and then ate light the time we were in the park - if we were hungry at night we hhad take-out in our room (restaurants crowded at night and you are tired) PLAN AHEAD so you know where you eat next (have take-out menus in the car so you can call in order for pick-up enjoy

If you arrange your disney vacation on the disney vacation site, there are meal packages that give you 2-3 meals per day while you are there.
