I've noticed something that happens a lot if the first baseman make the last out of an inning. While he jogs off the field, he'll roll the ball into the dugout. At the same time, someone in the dugout will toss him another ball. I've seen it happen several times for different teams. Why?

for my entire life i have been and still am a yankees fan, but this isnt about them

this is about barry zito

his rookie year the A's played the Yanks in the bronx and i was at the game. zito was long tossing and the ball came over by me in the stands he gave me the ball AND signed it for me

from that day i have always been a barry zito fan, so ive been getting A's hats to support him (im indifferent as far as the A's go)

but now he is with the SF giants

i HATEEEEEEEEEEEe barry bonds

but i wanna get a giants hat because zito is with them, but will ppl think im really a bonds supporter, because thats the last thing i want

can i get some input please?!?!/
