"Craig S" is correct....Ruth actually had the record of 15 until my "man" Mickey Mantle broke it and set it at 18 in World Series play......now I think Bernie Williams has the record at 20......BUT....it includes playoff games......Mantle's were all in the World Series.....just a bit of "trivia" Ruth also held the "scoreless" pitched innings in the World Series until Whitey Ford broke it!....Ruth was with the Red Sox then!.........just for information....it took Aaron almost 4000 more turns at bat to break Ruths record of 714 home runs!!.........Ruth was and is still the "true" Home Run King!!

Babe Ruth had 15 postseason homers in 41 games, all in the World Series since there were no LCS back then:

Hank Aaron had 3, all in the 1957 World Series against the Yankees. He played in a total of 17 playoff games:

Ruth hit 15 homers in his ten World Series appearances, though he only homered in six actual Series.

Aaron hit six homers, three in the 1957 WS and three in the 1969 NLCS. His only other postseason appearance was the 1958 WS.
