OK, so heres the deal. Im a sophemore this year and my coach doesn't know where to put me; JV or Varsity. I am one of only 2 pitchers in the school. The other pitcher's a senior. She's been having a hard time with pitching this year, so they really need a back up pitcher. Also, we'll probably have troubles with batting, and i'm a pretty strong batter. On the downside, I might not be able to play that much unless I play JV or the vasrity pitcher hurts herself or is doing terrible. But they do need me for the line-up and to get on base. They might just play me in rightfield. Or, my other choice could be to swing from JV to Varsity every other game and pitch in the JV games. I was talking to my pitching coach about the situation and he said, if it was his decision, he would put me on third, but a senior wants that spot. (Some of the Seniors aren't that good) My pitching coach, and everyone else, thinks i'm a varsity level player. What should I do?

my question to everyone is due to all the hype surrounding barry bonds about tying and breaking hank aaron's home run record. do you think that as time gets closer the feds will prevent him from getting it by arresting him or with what i read about him getting death threats that someone will try and kill him before he gets the chance. what are your thoughts?

So the United States has the MLB, but are the best player and the "World Champions" as they say really in the MLB? If you look back...waaaaay back untill now you can see that one country has stood out on top of all others. CUBA!!. could that be why the US didnt want cuba to play in the WBC. They said cuba was not used to play with "real" professionals but they took down The Dominican Team that was Favorite to win the whole thing due to its MLB stacked Ronster... Big Papi, Albert Pujols, Jose reyes, Miguel Tejada, Vladimir Guerrero, and still they got 2nd Place. check this out for yourself

My pick: Yanks and the Mets. I dont know why people are underestimating the Mets this year. They're no worse than last year, and u do remember that they had the best record in N.L. last year. The Yankees just have a more well balanced team then the Sox or the Jays. I wouldn't be surprised if the Sox finish 3rd in the AL East behind the Jays and the Yanks either.
