By stronger for baseball I assume you mean hitting. The two most important body parts for hitting a baseball well are your legs and forearms. With a proper swing more than half your strength comes from your legs. If you don't believe me stop your swing with the bat-head where you try to make contact with the ball. Have a friend push the barrel back when you have proper form and your legs will help you push against your friend's resistance. Next move your legs into an improper stance and you'll be amazed. So step one to hitting the ball harder is run, run, run. Without a strong base you might as well try hitting while sitting down.
The second exercise works your forearms. They are what makes the difference between hearing a lousy dead sounding thud that most average to below average hitters produce vs. the crisp thwack that you hear when you're at a good college or MLB baseball game. (A perfect example is to listen to the pros vs. Joes episode that Jose Canseco was in. The difference is obvious.) To strengthen your forearms all you need is a bucket a rope / strong string and a stick or broom handle that's just longer than your shoulder width. Tie the rope to the bucket and nail it to the middle of the broom handle. Then while holding the broom handle in front of you at should level, start to turn the broom handle which wraps the rope around it and picks up the bucket. This also works your shoulders well which always looks nice if nothing else. For more resistance just add weight to the bucket. You'll notice an improvement in no time.

You should stick with the Herschel Walker workout. Walker was the biggest running back in the nfl during the 80's. All he did were sit ups and push ups and that is all you need to do. The problem is that you need to nut up and do a lot of them. Nothing is more rigorous than doing a few hundred sit ups/push ups. It will be the best workout of your life, it will be painful and tough but IT WILL WORK. You should also start running too, running is a nice compliment to anything. Whatever you do, do not become one of those closet-homosexual gym freaks. Lifting weights/joining a gym costs money and it is cheating. You should spend nothing to get stronger just know that it will be tough, but there are no free rides in nature unless you want to take steroids.

Baseball is a game of skill. If you are young then don't worry.
The best work out for baseball is running. In all positions that is the common factor. Running speed. You'll do more for your self by running.
Sprints and about two hundred yards/meters.
The second exercise is simple playing catch. My baseball coach paired us off away from the park. We were expected to play catch with each other for about an hour a day.
As for pitching. I would request you deliberately look for a pitching coach. Young people pitching the wrong way can screw up arm severely.

Work on your core muscles first. There are 29 muscles in your core group which are the Ab, Back and Pelvis. These are key to balance and flexibility. Throwing and hitting use a more reactionary or elastic muscle for power. And all movement starts with the core muscles. Look up plyometric exercises, most you will do with out any devices.
