Supposedly he was spotted with a woman in Fort Greene, Brooklyn recently. They seemed like they were very much in love. Is this serious? Will he leave his wife for this vixen?

It's the middle of the night...this goes out to all you miserable Met fans who are having trouble sleeping after losing three in a row and are on the verge of losing four and getting swept to boot.

How do ya like it now?
Thursday's game...you get swept right out the door and Cole Hamels holds the broom.

First, all the steroid allegations. Next, everyone accusing Barry of cheating (while he did nothing illegal in the MLB). Yes he took something, but no positive tests, no evidence to show what it was! Or how about the Yankees payroll more than doubling about half the league? Come on people, we need a change. THe only way we will change is if the Yankees win the World series every year, then poeple will sit back and say, hey wait, thats not fair...they'r spending more than eveyrone else..ANYONE AGREE????

He doesn't have a ton of homeruns or 300 wins, but isn't he what baseball is really about? Showing up, not complaining and doing your job? He played for the love of the game. Was loyal to his team and didn't have the show me the $$$ attitude. I am a braves fan but Cal Ripken Jr. is who I most respect to have ever played the game. A-rod is a clown and a shady player at times. Whatever happened to just playing the game?

Roger Clemens was just passed on the all time strikeouts list by Randy Johnson putting Randy into second place all time. He has an unbelieved strikeout per at bat ratio of 1 out of every 3 batters! But, with Roger coming back here shortly to start with the Yankee's, will Roger battle back and play longer?

The Rocket vs The Unit

Who do you think will finish with more career strikeouts thrown?

I find it surprising that of all the greats to play the game, no one has been elected unanimously. I also find it surprising that Tom Seaver has the all-time highest Hall of Fame vote percentage(98.84). There's no doubt that Seaver belongs in the Hall, but he would not have been among my top ten guesses of players who got the highest vote percentage ever had I not seen Baseball's Digest's list in a recent issue.
