I love LaDanian Tomlinson, but given that he's rushed for nearly 100 yards in two games, it is safe to say NFL teams have finally devised a plan to stop him? I know the Bears & Patriots defenses are good, but they were scheming soley to stop him. Other teams have to be watching this closely.

It is similar to the Bulls-Jordan basketball dilemma. Do you triple-team Jordan and make the rest of the Bulls hit their shots. Will teams load up on L.T. and make Rivers, Gates, & Turner beat them? Can L.T. bounce back and gain more accolades running the ball rather than passing it?

*Given the Chargers play the Chiefs and Raiders, I am aware he'll explode on them. But as for the rest of the season....????

Seems to me, over the past several years NASCAR has made changes that now I am loosing interest in it. Don't get me wrong, I been a die hard fan for over 25 years. I know faces has changed and the sport has became so huge. Where once upon a time, I wouldn't miss a race for anything, now it don't bother me if I go a week without watching.

ok, last night I had a game.. it got heated really quick when my team was up 3-0 in the first 5 mins... well one of the guys on their team went after one of the guys on mine... the guy on our team was 5'8" 135lb and NOT a fighter... the guy going after him was 6'1" 190+lb... so I jumped the bench and fought for him... I didn't go at it like normal this time b/c this guy had me out weighed by probably 30lb.. so I dropped gloves/stick/elbow pads/shoulder pads/ jersey... nothing to grab... he swung and missed, I connected, then picked him up and threw him to the ice and continued the fight on the ground... by then the benches cleared (really when I jumped) I ended up throwing elbows when on the ground... I was suspended for 5 games for a fight in a hockey game where it was out of control anyway... no-one else was suspended for anything, and all I was doing was protecting a teammate and teaching a lesson... was this ejection warranted?? I needed 3 stitches on my head and he needed 23

I have nothing against Bowyer or RCR,but it's always odd when a team that hasn't done much all year shows up and just crushes the field like that. Don't give me that line about it being impossible. The FIA couldn't police traction control, so why would Nascar be able to?

Going to the Yankee game tomorrow, but the person I'm going with has the tickets and he's not getting there for about an hour and a half after me. Grrr.

I don't mind hanging out in bars alone, I just don't know the bars around the Stadium. Can anybody recommend any?

lets look at the facts:
1) Rumours are that teams (including the Patriots) do this all the time.
2) Mangini was on the Patriots staff when they were supposedly doing it
3) Mangini knew they were filming (the footage on TV last night of the huge camera behind the Patriots bench was about as well hidden a secret as Liberace' sexuality)

So, clearly the intention was to scare the opposition that they could steal if the opposition doesn't change signs or screw up the team up when they keep changing.

The Patriots were the victims more often, especially during last year's Dolphins game which cost them a home AFC Championship game against the Colts. Should the Colts hand over the Patriots 4th Super Bowl ring today?
