So many people state that without the "Chase" there is no playoff and that it is needed to root for their driver and to give them a chance? Even if a driver was to win the first 9 out of 18 races and lock up the championship before the deason was more than half over.... there are still 18 races that you can root for your driver to win. In baseball and basketball there are just so many games and each game in and of it self is meaningless. But in NASCAR, every race matters! And even if the 50th place driver who is running a short schedule wins a race, it is a big deal and everyone knows it! Look at Mark Martin... if it was only about winning the Championship he would have either finished the season by running every race or he wouldn't have run at all this year. What would the point be if all that mattered was just the Championship? Then Martin was just wasting everyones time running a short schedule.

The old system worked for a long time... then there was a TRUE champion!!!

I'd like to get CCW permit. By California law, i know i have to take the weekend safety course and be approved by county or city LE. I'm wondering how likely it is that i'll get the CCW permit at all, even if i take the course. LA and SF Counties are very picky -- does anyone have experience with CoCo County? I have no law enforcement experience and no skeletons in my closet. This will be for personal defense only. Thanks.

The guy to the left of Lee Corso (it would be to your right as a viewer) said that Penn State should be #5 in the national polls during the College Final program. Considering who the Lions have played (Florida International, Notre Dame, and Buffalo), how in the hall can he even think this? Deuce played terribly against the colts but then again the saints r playing against a tampa def that allowed 100+ yards to shaun alexander last week.

And Edge had a good game against the 49ers but im worried whether the o-line can hold off the seahawks d-line
