I cant handstand, how long will it take if i practice, going against wall / strengthening first, etc..

It's a matter of practice and building muscle. Without knowing how much of either you have, it'll be impossible to tell you definitively "how long".

Along with building your arm, wrist, shoulder, and lower back muscles you also have to develop your sense of balance. Practice doing head stands away from the wall and keep your eyes focused on the baseboard along the floor behind you where you head is facing. The line of it will help give you a better perspective on your balance and which way your body is leaning and what adjustments you need to make with respect to your legs and keeping yourself upright and balanced.

As your muscles become stronger and your sense of balance becomes better it then becomes easier to do the next most difficult thing like walking on your hands.
