You can never start enough fantasy players against Cleveland.

Johnson is a gamble for three reasons:

1) he is a rookie. Rookie WRs usually aren't big-time fantasy help.
2) Minnesota DEF knows the Lions will pass first. Expect them to really tee off on Kitna.
3) in a Martz offense, no one is sure who will get the increase in numbers. Could be all Roy Williams and Mike Furrey this time.

Starting too many players from on team is always a concern, because if that team gets blanked, your team does, too. If that's your reasoning, I certainly can't fault you for starting Johnson over Ward, even though Hines Ward is one of my favorite guys in the league.

They both have favorable matchups this week. Though the Vikes D is better than Buffalo's, Minnesota's strength is against the run, not the pass (the Bills D has no strength whatsoever). Calvin's in a more vertical system, though Pitt is doing more spread stuff this year, as well.

I just don't think you can go wrong between these two. I'd be interested to know who your other wideouts are that you have to bench one of these talents.

Against Buffalo at home, it's pretty safe to put those eggs in one basket.
