Hulk Hogan made the WWF/WWE what it is today. i remember as a kid in the 80's he brought excitement that no one else could ever bring, not the Rock, Stoned Cold, HHH, Edge or anybody. I would really like to see him come back, but than again, I think it's best if he moves on. Hulk Hogan is to wrestling what Babe Ruth is to baseball and Michael Jordan is to basketball.

Basically I think it comes down to the same answer to any question that starts with "Why did/didn't Hogan do ..." Hogan's Ego Hulk vs Bret didn't happen because it would have been seen as 'passing the torch" to most fans... and Hulk was never too eager to give up said torch... look at te impact (no pun intended) he has had on TNA because of his desire to stay relevant had the torch been cleanly passed it would have been clear to any fan over 8 years old that Hulk was passed his prime... look back at how quickly Andre's career was wound down and he was 'put out to pasture' in the Tag team Division after Andre 'passed the Torch" to Hogan at WM 3 (note that hogan had held the WWE Belt over 3 years at this point)... but beating Andre was still considered a transitional act

I would, im not a Hulkamaniac, but I like him...he's a great wrestler ! But he has to many injuries, he had to get a hip and knee replacement...and plus he is to old to get back in the ring, it wouldn't even be the same if he were to come back. He has said that on his show also, so as much as his fans want him to come back, he just can't. Good question though...star for you!

My only problem with Hogan coming back for another run with the WWE is, He wont job to get other talent over. He refused a wrestlemania match with Stone Cold because he was written in to lose. He even bitched about jobbing to the Rock. IF Hogan came back for a run, when he lost it, He would have to agree to put over another wrestler on his way out.

hulk hogan now owns is own wrestling promotion along with the big show, and it is doing quite well so i doubt he will come back to the wwe
but it would be cool if he came back on occasions to coach some of teh new young guys to titles.

I think Hogan's time has passed. It was too hard to believe when he defeated Shawn Michaels and Randy Orton, and I wouldn't buy his old butt putting Khali down with a few punches, the lazy boot, and a crappy leg drop.

I think his time in the wrestling world has passed. It's time for him to move on to another stage in his life and put the wrestling industry behind him.

He lives not too far from me. Moved to Miami, then back up in my area. Would be nice to see him in a few specials.
He was doing TV shows.

I think he'd be better served by spending time teaching his jerk son how to not get people critically injured in auto accidents.
