Yes, The Scripture states that we will see the worst times the Earth has ever seen just before Jesus returns.

Two ways to look at it:
1 - Prepare your Heart for Doom and Gloom
2 - Prepare your Heart to make Room for the Groom.

Which one?

According to this article...most churches are implying just that!

What's your stance on Incestuous Marriage? Do you approve of siblings marrying their siblings? Why or why not?

I don't think reproduction should play a role in your opinion, much like it doesn't regarding gay/lesbian marriage....

(FYI: I'm all for same-sex marriage & child adoption...)

instead, we should take our pity on them, refer them to a mental clinic and hope their mental state eventually returns to a stable normality.

i propose we start the Y! answers creationist education fund, to help wipe out stupidity and give them a second chance at being educated with a reasonable amount of brain cells.

WHOS WITH ME?

What immediately comes to mind when thinking about ANY father and his son? Is it commonly regarded as them being co-equal and the same person? No!

So if God really is a trinity, then why would the Bible speak of God and Jesus in terms of a relationship between a father and his son? If it is true that they both always existed and are co-equal, then why would the Bible confusingly and constantly title one of them "the Son" thereby calling to mind that one as being the younger, less experienced, teachable, submissive being of the two?

While the Father is always found to be called "God", the phrase "God the Son" is NEVER found. That is because the Son is NOT God. He even said so. The Son called someone other than himself "the only true God". That someone else was the Father. (John 17:1-3)

Adam and Jesus even shared the same designation: "son of God". (Luke 3:38) The word "son" principally is regarded as "offspring" and indeed in Genesis we read that Adam was PRODUCED by God.

By saying that Catholics must obey church laws rather than think for themselves when voting in the elections next year? Do they think they are above the government? If so, why not just leave this country if they truly hate how it's run, and found a country with their own laws that they can dictate everyone? But let people here think and act for themselves. This is yet another reason why theocracy should never be put into practice, as if Dubya and his cronies weren't bad enough.

Tell me what made the change in my life.
My Grandmother was a full blood Black Dutch Rumnachill. You know this race to be Gypsy, a name that was rightfully pinned on us because we would gyp people out of their money.
Usually the elderly.
I remember working for an old man who paid me in cash. His money was kept in a container which he was trying to conceal and pay out of at the same time. Each time he turned his back on me to get out more money I would take a portion of what he gave and put it in my pocket.I did this until most of his money was gone. His last words were "now I don't have enough to buy my tags".
It was not long after this that I gave my heart to the Lord and my life changed from darkness to light.Since then I work for the elderly and needy for little to nothing if need be.My people make fun of me for this, but I will never go back to that shameful life again.
God called me out and here is where I stand today.

SO WHAT WAS THE POWER BEHIND THIS CHANGE THAT WAS MADE?

"God"
WOULD NOT HAVE PLAYED FAVORITES (CHOSEN PEOPLES) IT WOULD HAVE GIVEN ALL HUMAN BEINGS THE SAME OPPORTUNITY TO BELIEVE.

I have nothing against Jews by the way.

Dr. A.H. Sayce, Oxford, England

"I have examined the illustrations given in the 'Pearl of Great Price.' In the first place, they are copies (very badly done) of well known Egyptian subjects of which I have dozens of examples. Secondly, they are all many centuries later than Abraham."

Dr. W.M. Flinders Petrie, London University

"Joseph Smith's interpretation of them as part of a unique revelation through Abraham, therefore, very clearly demonstrates that he was totally unacquainted with the significance of these documents and absolutely ignorant of the simplest facts of Egyptian writing and civilization."

James, H. Breasted, Ph.D., Haskell Oriental Museum, University of Chicago

"The 'Book of Abraham,' it is hardly necessary to say, is a pure fabrication."

Did you think that they did, when you were younger (or perhaps still do)? Doesn't it seem like they should grow on trees...I mean, they look like little palm trees. Is this a solid case AGAINST Intelligent Design. I mean, if I were God, I certainly would make them grow on trees.

I kinda believe in christianity all my life, I'm 16 but the bit about non christians going to hell, I don't for one second believe this, and I never will. Hearing so many christians say that about non-christians I had many doubts, I will never believe it, it's one of the most illogical things I've ever heard... My god will never let someone be tortured in hell, I think I'm losing touch with christianity. The fact is I want to be, but I will never ever believe god would judge non-christians and condenm to hell forever... i understand this is illogical. I am still a christian right?
