How do we have Caucasians, Africans, Indians, American Indians, Chinese, Japanese, ect...?

There is no way a male and female Jew (I am assuming, since Jesus is claimed to be of the line of David/Adam~Jewish) would ever have produced a myriad of races.

For example, exposure to the sun for Caucasian people only produces a tan, it does not change them to Chinese!

I posted this question as many Christian apologetics try to excuse away the Genesis story by saying silly un-scientific statements such as Adam and Eve were really both "brown", or that they could have produced non-Caucasian offspring.

If Adam and Eve were of Japanese origin, we would all be...Japanese!

Please explain how we all got here, Mr. Preacher man or woman.

By the way, I am not a racist, and have dated asian and black ladies (I am a "white guy"). So please keep the nazi remarks off of here!

I have seen things for my entire life. I only knew they were dead people when I got older and people didnt know what I was talking about when I told them about seeing someone. I know they were ghosts. Never cared about others opinions. Until I was reminising about a cousin of mine whom was hit by a car and killed, at age 6. My grandmother was furious at me for talking of playing with her in her playhouse. I later found out she died almost 7 years before I was born. Years later I talked to my grandmother about it again. And told her id tell in detail and she could make her own assumption, but I was being honest. I told her about her hair style and her big brown eyes, he dress and her doll. My grandmother wheeped the whole time I spoke. I had discribed her favorite dress and the dolly she never was without. She told me she believed me, but she has never spoken of it again, and ignores me when its brought up. I'm sure because it was painful. But what is so hard to believe about the idea?

I'm 100% serious in this question. I don't want any "rude" answers

How can you say that your church is true when in the Bible we are warned of false prophets coming in the last days. And the Bible says not to add or take away anything from it, isn't the book of Mormon adding? And doesn't your Bible take away certain things?

I'm not trying to make an augment ... I just want to hear Mormon's side of this.

I'm a Christian, and I often see the term "cult" used to offend people. In the days of Noah, we were less than a cult, and right after Jesus left, we were a cult.

Peace.

I am a believer in Jesus Christ and I want to surround myself with other believers also. I want to fill my Im with other firm believers of Christ. I am tired of being around non believers each and every way around and its nice to chat about the Bible with other believers and get their interpretation of the scriptures, when im not in church processing. Instant Message me if you want to chat.

If you have ever been to a Christian wedding, you know that marriage is a big deal. You have the priest or minister standing with the couple reading from the Bible and praying. The ceremony takes place in a church -- the house of God. Dozens or hundreds of witnesses are on hand. In front of God, a representative of God and all of these witnesses, a couple declares that they will wed "til death do us part."

The Christian faith also puts a very, very large stigma on divorce. For example, in Matthew 5:32 Jesus says:

But I tell you that anyone who divorces his wife, except for marital unfaithfulness, causes her to become an adulteress, and anyone who marries the divorced woman commits adultery.
In Matthew 19:9, Jesus repeats that sentiment:
I tell you that anyone who divorces his wife, except for marital unfaithfulness, and marries another woman commits adultery
Adultery is a major problem in the Christian faith. First, one of the commandments in the Ten Commandments specifically forbids

he became a born again Christian a year ago, his church has issues with him as he believes that life is already planned out for us.... what does this mean? any ideas, suggestions or info would be great... he is obviously serious about his beliefs as he has 'born again' tattooed on himself.

In what way would you say that you feel that atheists have made your life more difficult? I hear people saying that they feel persecuted, but I see people from all beliefs criticizing the other side. I'm atheist, myself, but I never look to criticize anyone else for their beliefs. What do you think we could ALL do to better understand each other, and to get along better?

they do not go about doing good as the Apostles did in the Acts?

Is it alright to go as far as repentance and baptism, marking Christianity as only a transcendential religion or should they also make Christianity relevent to the world, as seen through the suffering as the Apostles and others did.

The passage on Judgement of Nations seems to indicate action as the basis of enterring Kingdom of God without mention of faith although faith seems tied to it anyway.

This is a genuine question that I have to ask when I see many many Christians care only about being part of the faith through the "rituals" without practicing the faith. I do not see Jesus as one that only preached but also acted.

Scriptures say many have entertained Angels without knowing it.

KJV
Hbr 13:2
Be not forgetful to entertain strangers: for thereby some have entertained angels unawares.

NIV
Hbr 13:2 Do not forget to entertain strangers, for by so doing some people have entertained angels without knowing it.

Perhaps we should consider this before attacking people, or attempting to “Save” them.

What a cool thought :)

so some of you dont care, and others of you are so devoted that you would kill to have your religion taught in public schools. if you really want it taught and have prayer in schools(well public ones anyway) then you should not teach only what you want and have the whole truth taught(after all it is a sin to not tell the truth right?)

okay so here it is

A)in history class all the bad things christians have done like killing several women for gaining too much power among the wars they fought should be taught
B)in history you should also look at the history of technology to see if technology was advance enough to build a huge ship with enough food and space to support all the animals
C)using critical thinking skills to find all the contradictions in the bible in english class
D)find the credibility of the bible in english class, they sure as hell arent gonna take just any sources for essays so if you wanna make an essay on why the bible is true, then start doing your research
