I have seen things for my entire life. I only knew they were dead people when I got older and people didnt know what I was talking about when I told them about seeing someone. I know they were ghosts. Never cared about others opinions. Until I was reminising about a cousin of mine whom was hit by a car and killed, at age 6. My grandmother was furious at me for talking of playing with her in her playhouse. I later found out she died almost 7 years before I was born. Years later I talked to my grandmother about it again. And told her id tell in detail and she could make her own assumption, but I was being honest. I told her about her hair style and her big brown eyes, he dress and her doll. My grandmother wheeped the whole time I spoke. I had discribed her favorite dress and the dolly she never was without. She told me she believed me, but she has never spoken of it again, and ignores me when its brought up. I'm sure because it was painful. But what is so hard to believe about the idea?

teacherintheroom.. I didnt ask for any of this.. it has been like this my whole life.. I dont study it, its just natural to me. I believe that all people are born with the ability to feel energy. Weither they are led into turning it off or not is the diffrence. People have been told its wrong, so they ignore it. You cannot tell me otherwise. When my 4 year old daughter went to her grandmother and told her "Paw Paw Pete wanted me to let you know he loves you and will forever." About a man that she met once before he died, thats conviencing. We didnt even know she knew him by name, she was afraid of him when she met him because he was sick and looked bad.

I don't know. A lot of people lie about ghosts. you may be telling the truth but since I don't know you it is hard for me to verify. I will believe in ghosts when I see or experience one which I never have. So I respect your beliefs but your testimony is not enough to make me believe in it for myself.

You saw the reaction your grandmother had and you have to ask WHY? Why? Because it's painful and hurtful. What benefit did your "knowledge" bring to her or you? What good did telling her do for your relationship with her?

Honesty is often confused with bluntness. And if it's not tempered with discernment, it can be very hurtful. You really need to ask yourself what benefit this knowledg brings you and the people around you. If there is none, then perhaps those "spirits or ghosts" are not sharing things in your best interest.

You have no idea how dangerous a thing it is to mess with the spirit world. You think you have some control over that but you don't. And sooner or later you will reap the consequences of your interactions. I suggest that you seek some counsel on this from someone who has more wisdom and experience before you open up a door you can't shut.

Ghosts are very real. But you need to know the truth. They are nothing but demons. They're not the spirits of dead people. THINK about it. It also makes perfect sense that a demon knew exactly what your cousin was like, and could describe, or manifest those details to you, since you're purposely tapping into a spirit realm where they dwell. Demons are spirits yes. Since they're spirits, that means they're also eternal. They've been here ever since lucifer (who is now the devil) was thrown out of heaven by God. I've heard many accounts just like yours. They USED TO BE angels. I'm sure you've had a lot of experiences with demons, because you SEEK these experiences. I can already say without knowing you that occultic things happen around you very consistently. You're typical of the very type of individual the devil likes to deceive, because you're blind to the fact that you're seeing demons, not spirits of dead people. I'd venture to say you're also wiccan, and if not, you sympathize with their demonic religion.

I challenge you to come out where the waters are deep with the SUPERNATURAL. You haven't seen nothing yet. Jesus Christ is the name above every name and at the name of JESUS every knee shall bow. Things on earth, things in heaven, and things under the earth, and that every tongue will confess that Jesus Christ is Lord to the Glory of God the Father. :) It's very likely that your 6 year old cousin is now a woman in heaven and is weeping for your salavation.

Don't listen to some of these loser answers. I believe in spirits to the max and have had unbelievable things happen.
I think you should not shut it out and actually try to expand your abilities. You will be able to help people.

I suggest writing a book. No matter how long it takes. Also, keep developing your ability. It was meant for you to use.

Many people around the world see spirits all their entirely life;but others never. And those that never see a spirit,do not believe at all.But does not matter if they do not believe; or never saw a ghost or spirits. The real true is: spirits exist, ghosts exist.Interesting question.

Because we live in a society that either devotes itself to science, or religion. And many of us have a hard enough time figuring out who we are, and how we fit in the world. Being confronted with ideas that don't fit into our world view are often upsetting. Not to mention feelings of grief, or a longing that we can't communicate with loved ones we miss in the same way you do.

your grandmother may not be able to deal with it...it is ok
I have also seen a couple of ghosts but they do not seek me out (that I know of)
most people either assume you die and nothing happens or you die and go to heaven or hell.....walking the earth has the impression of a soul not at rest--in torment--or an evil spirit/devil deceiving the living for their own purposes and who among the living wants to talk about that?

What can be asserted without evidence can also be dismissed without evidence. Being "open-minded" is a two-way street, friend: you are actually close-minded if you insist on believing weird things for which there is not only no evidence but for which reason argues against.

I've seen them too, but I don't think that they are the spirits of people. In what I saw, I believe that they are demonic typically. I thikn that they have an interest in being seen and confusing the issue about what happens to people when they die. They do not want people to think that the spirits of people don't return, and so pose as former people, or in one case that I witnessed, a living one.

I don't believe in ghosts or spirits. If there are such things why don't they reveal themselves and reap all the wealth. Besides other than hearsay has can anyone prove that they have seen ghosts or spirits. By the same token I also don't believe in UFOs.
