I really liked south Florida. It gets too cold in New England.
Worst - New Mexico. Its freakn' hot and there is absolutely nothing there. Well Santa Fe is OK, but the rest of the state.....

Best - San Diego, CA. But don't move here.
Worst - Anyplace North, East and South of San Diego.
West of San Diego is fine if you are a fish.
