I could just as easily say that if an atheist agrees with Richard Dawkins, they aren't "thinking for themselves".

Christians, in the earlier days, there was a lot of fasting. In "The Essene Gospel of Peace" fasting was an answer to all sickness with praying. The knowledge put it as starving satan of his power. Have we lost the art of fasting today?

What is the Catholic Church's reasoning for not allowing women to be priest, bishops, cardinals, etc ? Are there fewer nuns now because of the limited roles women are allowed to pursue?

I am a believer in God. My husband & I are separated. We haven't been married long. I've slipped & so has my husband. When I left & called my husband asking him did he want to work it out, he said do what I was going to do implying that he knew I was going to file for a divorce this time. I never said that I was going to file for a divorce. He then said that he would go to counseling, but I can't get him to answer the phone. I am now pregnant with our first child. I've left before & with him being so cold this time, still viewing porn from time to time, I just don't know where his heart is. He says that I always tear him down, but I don't. He says he thinks that he's perfect. He is very arrogant during these times. He says I just want an escape to get out of the marriage & it crushes me. I left because I can't get the proper rest I need & he's been very inconsistent. I love my husband & when he's sweet, it's unreal. How long will God take to answer me? I am hurt.

Do you believe God will allow man to destroy the earth? Or that with recent scientific knowledge and even more advancement is just God's way of us planned for planet hopping? With the waning of natural resources it seems dim, but what do our prophecies say of man and earth?

As some of the unbelivers suggest, I was a drug addict, a drunk, I couldn't keep a job, every car I had i wrecked it etc.

When I said that's it Jesus I am sorry for what I have done and let him make my decisions I got sober, kept my jobs, stopped wrecking cars and started being a much better person.

SO THAT IS WHY WE LET THE LORD LEAD US HE KNOWS WHERE HE IS GOING AND WE DON'T. So don't you think it is better to let the Lord do our thinking?

a set of beliefs concerning the cause, nature, and purpose of the universe, esp. when considered as the creation of a superhuman agency or agencies, usually involving devotional and ritual observances, and often containing a moral code governing the conduct of human affairs. This is the definition of religion found on dictionary.com So all the people who question if atheism is or is not what do you think now. I think it is.

The only place I found it was in complete faith in Christ! I keep remembering when Jesus said,"Come unto Me and I will give you rest unto your souls," Matt. 11:28, but it wasn't easy, I went through the worst spiritual battle I ever had. I was all alone just me and God, and I praise His holy name for the time I shared those few weeks with Him, totally in His arms! He brought me to that place where Its either complete trust in Him or misery, but my battle didn't stop there it is still raging but I now have greater trust in my Saviour, Praise His Holy Name!

This came from a Mormons(LDS) mouth.....(quote)"Did you know that the only requirement for being Christian is a belief in Jesus Christ and the bible? Really, thats the only requirement."
The devil knows about Jesus, and the bible.
(I always hear those Mormons saying that.)
