Holiness is still required. God does not change His mind. Christians are called to live by a different set of standards and principles than the rest of the world-this "set apart" life of righteouness is of God and from God. Our old desires, our patterns of thinking and behaving are to be different than they were before we were saved. It isn't something we can do on our own either, but by the work of the Holy Spirit in us. Only God is truly holy, but we should always be pursuing it ourselves.
The Lord never asks us to do something that He does not enable us to do.

It's kind of out of fashion in America right now.
Like mother Angelica says. Holiness is a struggle.

There is not one person on this planet who comes within the tiniest fraction of being holy like God is Holy.

In the age of Kali (quarrel and hypocirsy) it is practically nil. But we can still try to practice following the truth which is holy. Peace to you.

Thank you!
That is what God said
We can be Holy and walk upright before God and sin not...........
Only the eye's of the flesh will find fault
Not God he wants us to be just like himself
That is why he sent his son Jesus so that we could..................

Try looking into the lives of the saints.
You will find a lot of them in the Catholic Church.
The Church is a hospital for sinners to receive sacramental graces to help them to become saints.
