Does bad karma ever go away. After 25 years of it, haven't I paid enough?

If you don't believe in abortion, what practical alternative can you offer?

Please refrain from, "people should know better when they have sex, etc", or claim they'll be adopted, because that is simply a ridiculous statement. If you're going to point out an injustice, it is incumbent that you are prepared to offer the solution.

So how do you propose we solve the specific problems of:

1) Unwanted children? Assuming we force the mother to give birth, what happens psychologically to children that nobody wants? Do they grow up loved, cared about, abused, abandoned?

2) Who will pay for the new orphanages?

3) What about "back alley" abortions? We have to accept that this WILL occur, and a dangerous "cottage industry" for illegal abortions will arise. Is this what society needs?

4) What about 3rd world nations where there aren't enough resources to support unwanted babies, where many mothers don't even have sufficient nutrition to lactate? Do we knowingly allow these births even though

I admire Jimmy Carter for keeping it real and his work for Habitat for Humanity and towards world peace. I also admire Bono for his humanitarian work. I'm sure there are others but thats off the top of my head.

It was brought to my attention a few days ago, after a little research in my memory, it occurs to me to be true.
I couldn't give an answer, since I simply have no clue!

I would appreciate factual answers, no need for "funny" answers.

No one can quote from it and find anything that contradicts anything else.

Here is the Catechism of the Catholic Church online, if anyone wants to try to challenge what I said by quoting directly from it.
http://www.scborromeo.org/ccc.htm

Paraphrasing from it won't count. It will have to be direct unbroken quotes.

By the way, "Limbo" was never a doctrine of the Catholic Church. It was only a theory that some people had. If you disagree, then show me where it talks about Limbo in the Catechism of the Catholic Church.

The recent statement from the Pope was almost exactly the same thing that it already said in the Catechism of the Catholic Church. If anyone would read it they would have known that, but a lot of people are ignorant about what the Catholic Church teaches.

He was copied from the Egyptian God Horus, and many of the most reputable scholars are even questioning whether Jesus lives, because there is nothing credible written about Jesus until after he supposedly died.

To say that there is absolutely no God, you must be pretty certain of your beliefs. Most of the faithful believe, but not 100 percent of the time. That's why they call it faith. But to say you know there is no God, that's quite dogmatic, isn't it?

What do you think?

I believe all humans are like clams. On the outside, some shells appear rough and ugly but in reality they all have that gleaming white pearl on the inside. That pearl is like god. Inside all of us there is that treasure and although it may not show, it is the most valuable, amazing thing in existence. I truly believe we all have the holy spirit inside are hearts and that’s what makes us the caring, unique and incredible people we are today. God makes us all precious no matter what.

Are black people allowed to be Mormon? I heard it was in the 1960's before they were allowed to be Mormon, and why would they want to be Mormon if Mormons believe their skin is black because they were neutral between Jesus and Satan?

At www.jesus-is-savior.com, the webmaster believes that 90 to 99 percent of the world's people are going to burn in hell. In fact, that site also made it feel like that I should leave America. The truth is that I think that we are going to see pagan, satanic, and wicked things almost every day. Do you also think the webmaster could be a heretic?

can you imagine how messed up the field of medicine would be if we applied the "you can't prove it doesn't exist, so it must exist" thinking to sicknesses and diseases? imagine this scenario:

doctor: johnny, you have invisible warts, i hope you have insurance, because medication is expensive!!!
johnny: but i don't see any warts!!!
doctor: can you prove to me that you don't have invisible warts?
johnny: no...
doctor: here's your bill. pay the receptionist. now if you'll excuse me, i have a five o'clock appointment to check up on a patient with imminent death syndrome.

For instance, God told Jonah to go to Ninevah (that was Gods will), but then, Jonah boarded a ship and fled in the other direction (that was Jonah's will). So, why, if man has free will, and God honors that free will choice of man; why did God cause a giant fish to swallow Jonah up and prety much cause him to end up in Ninevah where Jonah didnt want to go, but the Lord had told Him to go in the first place? And doesnt the bible talk about unregenerate man being held captive by the devil to do his will? And that they are slaves to sin? I lean toward the idea that until one comes to true faith in Jesus, that they dont really have a choice but to sin, but when we come to Christ, our wills are then set free and we can then decide not to sin instead of to sin. What do some of you think?
