The Pharoahs of ancient Egypt, would have unfavorable history/ events taken out of the scrolls, so as to not have anything neg., written about him, or his reign after he passed away. And What!?!
The Hebrew texts were written b-4 his (Jesus) entrance on the world scene. These r very credible. Reputable scholars don't argue that they r not authentic. They may not agree on what is written...BUT, not the authenticity.

You use a website that has banners advertising psychic readings? There were some other questionable banners too but I wasn't there long enough. All I can say is if you think that hogwash is credible... hope is diminishing. If you'd only spend half your time looking at evidence in addition to this made up pablum, you might be surprised. But you want so badly to disprove God that you won't even open yourself up to truth.
There is a reason no one cares about this type of information. It's made up. They have an agenda but it has no teeth. Your referenced scholars are debased and are looking for anything to justify their unbelief and sin. Jesus did exist and the proof is all around you. Jesus' teaching lives on today in all Christians. The Egyptian god is bogus. Amazing what influence Joseph had on those Egyptians, huh.

Actually, what you are saying is entirely untrue. Even people at that time who were not followers of Jesus, and even his enemies, recorded that he lived and preached in the regions around Galilee, and was executed for being a political nuisance, more or less.
They may not have believed that he was personally divine, but there is AMPLE historical evidence of the life of Jesus son of Joseph, the Nazarene carpenter.
To wit:
Tacitus (c. 56–c. 117), writing c. 116, included in his Annals a mention of Christianity and Christ. In describing Nero's persecution of Christians following the Great Fire of Rome c. 64, he wrote:
Nero fastened the guilt [of starting the blaze] and inflicted the most exquisite tortures on a class hated for their abominations, called Christians by the populace. Christus, from whom the name had its origin, suffered the extreme penalty during the reign of Tiberius [14-37] at the hands of one of our procurators, Pontius Pilatus, and a most mischievous superstition, thus checked for the moment, again broke out not only in Judaea, the first source of the evil, but even in Rome, where all things hideous and shameful from every part of the world find their centre and become popular." --Tacitus.
""Tacitus's report confirms what we know from other sources, that Jesus was executed by order of the Roman governor of Judea, Pontius Pilate, sometime during Tiberius's reign. We learn nothing, however, about the reason for this execution...."

Actually, I'd say it's you lot who refuse to believe the truth. People may differ as to what he did, and whether he was or was not God, but no credible historian doubts that the man existed.
And, by the way, I'm a member of the Egyptian Study Society, and no credible Egyptologist believes that Jesus was a spin-off of Horus... They have nothing whatever to do with one another, and given that the Egyptian culture and religion had pretty much bitten the dust by the 1st century, thanks to Alexander, the early Christians would never have heard of HOrus, or the Osiris myth, or anything. Just more silly propaganda....

Actually Jesus DID exist. He was written about by 4 different sources of the time which were not Christian.
Just because some narratives share a similiarity doesnt mean they are all right or all wrong. For instance, when cops interview witnesses to a crime, there is inevtiably always a liar on the scene as well as a person telling the truth. Their stories may share some similairity, but ultimately they are going to believe the person telling the truth and will expose the liar.
With all due respect, you dont need scientific proof to believe in God, nobody does. People dont deny God because of what is or isnt in their minds, they deny God because of what is in their hearts. Once you have that faith though in your heart, GOD will PROVE himself to you by answering your prayers an even do miracles as much as your faith will allow. But if you dont appraoch God by faith, neither will you approach him by science.
He said to him, 'If they do not listen to Moses and the Prophets, they will not be convinced even if someone rises from the dead. -Luke 16:31

There is more natural and historical evidence for the existence of Jesus of Nazareth than there is for Julius Ceasar or for William Shakespear.
YOU can't accept the truth. IF you acknowledge He did live and do what is recorded and IS who He says He is, you would have some responsibility.
I have heard some people say they don't believe He is the Son of God, but to say He never existed is absurd. It IS a historical fact that such a man was born and walked the Earth.

The story of Jesus was mention in historical Roman documents as accounted by the Historian Robert Graves. He wasn't called Jesus but Joshua Ben Joseph (the Joseph is an anglified version of I think Isaf..not sure). I think the story has been edited to fit older myths that the newly formed Christian church already knew. The real story I think was somewhat more complicated and harder to understand so they fell back on familiar mythology.

I'm sorry but you are saying a great many historical documents are wrong. Historical not biblical. Try this site for some links http://www.ntgateway.com/Jesus/ or simply Google historical Jesus.
Nice try but there is simply too much true documentation out there. Scientists and atheists have for the most part given up on trying to say that Jesus didn't exist, they now simply say He wasn't divine.
That isn't true either. Oh and BTW "websites" don't "prove" anything. Try going straight to the historical documents themselves or the ancient Roman or Jewish archives.

Jesus existed, there are writings of him by the historian of his time, Josephius. Although, Josephius write of Jesus dying in a war years after the Crucifixion.
I will admit the people who wrote about Jesus in the bible did borrow stories from other Gods who came before him. Check out Mithraism, a pagan religion. Identical to Jesus, but it was a great religion before Christianity, among many others.
