It's a hot topic now.
I was in a small, midwestern town the other day on business, and I passed a church with a sign out front that read: "No time for church? You'll have time for hell".

Sick.

I belong to a weekly christian fellowship (in someone's home) in which we talk about day-to-day issues. I am a single lady & we pray & study the bible. The thing is, I have been through quite a lot of problems lately (burglary, household problems and now I've discovered I've got mice and the list goes on). The group all know my problems, as well as me knowing all theirs, but I never feel supported by them & there is never any follow up on their part to see how I am or how I'm managing alone with all these happenings. Whenever I hear of any of the other members going through issues, I'm always asking how they're doing and just general follow up with them & support. Are my expectations of these people too high? I feel I give out so much to them but never get anything back. I have made my feelings aware within the group (how I feel unsupported), but there is still no improvement.

If he was God then he all ready knew the answers and all ready knew why he was sent(according to christians) so why all the drama and pleading....why not just accept his fate as the will of God?

My godson's mother has some serious self esteem issues. She constantly calls me, complaining about the guy she is currently sleeping with. She complains about how he does not help her financially and how she has really gone down since she has been dating him,yet and still she stays with him.
Yesterday I asked her if she has issues with being alone and she said no. I couldn't believe this. Anyone who is in an unhappy relationship, but stays just so that won't be alone obviously has some alone issues. Why can't she see that? I get tired of her complaining, yet not doing anything to improve her situation. She says she gets so depressed sometimes that she just sits in a dark room and doesn't even go to work. I told her that this behavior is not normal at all and that I will continue to pray for her. To make matters worst she is pregnant from this no good guy who already has 7 kids. How do I get her to see that she seriously needs some help with her self esteem issue?

I don't see anythg bad in my religion at present,people involve in killing may not be in the name of islamic as a nreligion.Behind al motive i stand sober to enbraced the religion till my end.Perhaps;some may see different from my own opinion so far i made.but from clear state of mind I dearly satisfy that islam is a very straigth forwarded.thanks for now.

Does it mean that just because some muslims are terrorists that all muslims over the world are terrorists???? I live in a multicultural country . I live in an area where there are hindus christians and chinese living also. We all live in peace. We share our problems, we help each other. In fact we help them during theirs festivals. I even help them to decorate their christmas tree! We live like a family but eveyone follows his religion.Why can't eveyone live peacefilly? Why all muslims are treated like terrorists even if many of them are innocents??

Allah Almighty in one Word said that He made the earth as an egg. We all know today that earth is spherical and science did confirm that the earth is indeed egg-shaped. Please visit: If the Noble Quran says the earth is "egg-shaped" through a Notion, then why couldn't Prophet Muhammad just say it clear in plain Arabic? (detailed proofs demonstrating the miracle of the Word/Notion "dahaha").
