I think most people would call it a miracle.
Luck has nothing to do with it.
Go play the lottery if you want luck

Being a Christian I do have problems with people calling all good works "miracles'
" It's a miracle my hangnail is gone YEA JESUS!"
There is a thing that God has a bag full for all of us and those are blessings. If you believe in God, then those blessings are for you, Oh ya and if you don't believe in God those blessings are still for you. Just ask. It's that easy. HE does ask that you trust in him, it's really simple. But if you don't investigate for yourself you will never know.
When it all comes down to it which way would you rater go the way that God has written or your own decisions, Well if I go with God then I am going to Heaven and if none of this exists then I have had a great life anyway. BUT if I go to that pearly place I can rest assured God has a place for me. I'll go with God thanks..

Well, the it would be a miracle.

God allows a lot of pain and suffering. He does not cause houses to be destroyed, He allows it. This is our temporary home and God has asked us not to build our riches here for we cannot take anything with us. : )

so god performed a miracle for them, but allowed the rest of the block to be destroyed? or maybe it was satan who destroyed the other houses and satan spared theirs. what makes them so special?

maybe it was just mother nature doing what she does, but let's not bring science in to disprove anything

Here is a better question ...

Why do Christians think that the

"material things"
that they have

"worked for with their hands"
is a blessing from the Lord ...
