When a beloved pet dies, these verses always come to mind-
"For what happens to the sons of men also happens to animals; one thing befalls them: as one dies, so dies the other. Surely, they all have one breath; man has no advantage over animals, for all is vanity. All go to one place: all are from the dust, and all return to dust."
Ecclesiastes 3:19-20

There are no scriptures for dogs hon, other than those about how we humans are to care for them because we have dominion over them.
But there is always the old story about the well-loved dog that died and found himself in a lush green meadow with plenty of places to play, trees to lay under and nap, fresh water flowing in a nearby stream. The dog joins all the other dogs that have died and plays all day, every day.
One day, the dog hears a familiar step across the bridge and turns to see his owner coming through the portal of life and death, and with a joyous yelp the dog runs to his master and together they cross over to Heaven.

Sorry for your loss. Maybe a few words about the good times your family had with the dog. I can't think of any good bible verses, sorry.

I'm sorry for your loss.
I'm not sure that the Bible covers matters such as funerals for animals.
Perhaps the hymn 'Abide with me' would do.
