MOSES WRITES HIS OWN OBITUARY?

Could Moses had been a contributor to his own obituary before his demise? Did the Jews write their own obituaries? "So Moses . . . DIED . . . And he (God Almighty) BURIED HIM (Moses) ... he was 120 years old when he DIED ... And there arose not a prophet SINCE in Israel like unto Moses …" (Deut. 34:5-10).

I am happy you are reading the Bible for in it are the words of life. But to read looking for loopholes is a futile effort. Obviously Deut. 34:3 and following is an addendum describing the death of Moses written by another, most likely his succesor Joshua. Since you are reading the Bible, what are your thoughts about Romans 1-8? Please read these chapters and consider eternity.

You can't. Don't worry about things in that illogical book. It doesn't make sense and you will hurt yourself trying to make sense out of it.

It has God making plants before the Sun for goodness sake. That should make you head spin for about three different reasons.

I suppose it isn't possible that Joshua wrote that after Moses died.
