I received several objections from atheists and christians when asked to talk about good deeds. What if I had asked the question: Atheists / Christians, what are some of the bad deeds you have seen each other do? Would I get as many objections, or would I get essays? There is no limit to the number of questions posted here about the bad deeds of Atheists / Christians.

It seems that people cannot seem to understand the difference between works of art and something that is intentionally sexually explicit. It is only fairly recently that our society has become so upset at the mere sight of nudity even in the context of art.

Art is all around us. The Statue of "The Spirit of Justice" which sits in the Robert F. Kennedy Department of Justice Building in Washington, D.C. wears a toga- like dress with one breast exposed.

So now, are people going to lobby to have works of art taken off walls and statues dressed just because they show the human body? If peoples two hundred years ago thought nothing of putting up nude sculptures on buildings - our forefathers and mothers whom many consider to be wiser than we are - then why is there such a problem with it now?

My wife and heard some dude preaching on his soap box about the evil of barcodes, calling them "the mark of the beast".

We asked him why and he said because they had 18 bars in them (6+6+6).

We went home and checked a few barcodes and found he was way out.

Now in Russia people are freaking out about barcodes going on their passports because they are "the mark of the beast"

Any one know why they hate barcodes so much?

A quick Internet search will show that Afghanistan is the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, Iran is the Islamic Republic of Iran, Mauritania is the Islamic Republic of Mauritania, and Pakistan is the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

When a country with a Muslim majority adds an Islamic prefix to its official name, it's just making a statement. When the one country in the world with a Jewish majority adds a Jewish prefix to its official name, it's apartheid and racism! Not that the Jewish State is even the official name of Israel! Israel is Madinat Israel, the State of Israel.

So those who are open minded and just don't believe in jesus, those who because god gave them the power to believe what they want don't believe in jesus, those who are brought up to concider different possibilities are sent to hell, a lifetime of torture and punishment? I think that's the most crap, that we must believe in Jesus to go to heaven, when it was god himself who created us to be superior and gave us the power to believe for ourselves, how silly, YOU DO NOT have to believe in Jesus to go to heaven, what about those who are more gullable and believe in Jesus because of this? Huh? Exactly, and what about those who don't believe in things like this because they are more open minded, they concider more opputunities, we are all different and saying that every human must believe in "jesus" to go to heaven is just way too far fetched, we were given the intelligence to believe in what we want to for a reason. "Life is about believing in jesus" no what's the point of that? So a murderer who is a very bad person but believes in jesus, he goes to heaven than?
