Jesus was a man and he was killed by people who did not like his message, Whether or not he had discovered atheism
before he was his life was taken realy would not have mattered. Atheists had nothing to do with what happened to him.

Considering the story of Mary and Joseph, don't you think they would have told him as early as possible that he was devine.....like around the age of two. NOT to mention, I have always believed that ...deep down, Jesus knew he was the son of God from day one of birth.................and not just from the baptism done by John the baptist......or the temptations by the devil out in the desert. The bible plainly states that Jesus was preaching in the synagogues at an early childhood age.

Jesus was exected for being a rabble-rouser not for his religious beliefs. Depends if he were still a rabble rouser, most likely he would have been (if he existed at all that is).
