Lately I have been noticing that even when people can see you are waiting for them to move, they take their time doing whatever it is they are doing.

I went to the drug store today and came out to my car, the guy in the carnext to me was at his passenger door, with the door open and saw me standing there waiting to get into my car, he was digging around for like 3 minutes while I was just standing there. WTF?

When you go to the grocery store and need to get by someone in the aisle and they see you but still atnd there with their cart right in the midde of the aisle parusing the shelf. WTF?

is it just me who makes sure I dont inconvenince people while doing my daily tasks?

You know how you look down an aisle to see what items they carry? Most of the time, there is one person in the aisle and they look at me like " what are you looking at?" and look like they want to fight! I just want to see if this is the toothpaste aisle or soft drinks or whatever. What's with all the attitude? It's not your aisle!

What would you do if the store you have been shopping at all your life treats you like a criminal? I ask the man in the meat department for a particular meat he has no idea what i'm talking about. From that day he just started following me. The managers follow my mom at every store she goes to. She shops at all the stores. I spend so much money on groceries 200-250 a month. How can we change this? I have worked at sears and I know that the security department would call down and tell us to follow certain ones. I refused to do it so I got this other girl to do it. The lady I was supposed to watch came up to me and asked why that girl was following her. They used to even follow and suspect their own employees. How can I stop this? If you ask them if they are following you they try and act stupid and say that they weren't. I mean I don't even carry a purse I care my card in my jacket or jeans pocket. Just so there is no room for suspicion of me going in to my pocketbook with something.

I've got restaurant tipping down, but what about:
1. hotel bus boys?
2. hair stylists?
3. hair stylists who own their own salon?
4. taxi?
5. food delivery?
6. valet parking?

And, can you identify other services that are tip-worthy? For instance, if you ordered furniture and the delivery guys spent tons of time assembling and bringing in your stuff in and then are ready to go and getting you to sign papers... are they also waiting for a tip of any sort?

I'm looking for answers to "who do you tip?" and "how much?".

I am English but I love wearing my kilt. It's not a traditional tartan (no clan, but then not them horrid camo ones either, just nice and simple), I have a nice black rabbit fur sporran to match and a Lamont pin as Lamont is the closest clan to me (my grandparents surname is Turner which is related to Lamont).

Anyway, my point is I love wearing it as it's a lot less restrictive than jeans and I look good in it cause I have a decent enough body and legs. Only problem is I'm not Scottish in the slightest so I get the odd person saying I have no right and questioning why I wear it. But how is wearing a kilt without being Scottish any different to white guys listening to hip hop, or wearing a Man Utd top when you're not from Manchester?!

Just wondered on your opinions.

p.s. My great great uncle was in a Black Watch but that don't make any difference.

I have a male roommate. We have been living together for 2 months. Yesterday he walked from the bathroom to his room completely naked after taking a shower crossing the living room.

How would you react to that?

Mosman council in NSW has recently banned smoking in all public areas, should South Australia follow suit and do the same?

I also think smoking in cars should be banned, for heath reasons, fire risks (smokers always flick their butts out window) and how many times has it been heard of an accident being caused by a dropped cigerette whilist driving.

Whats your thoughts?

What should we do when someone is standing right in your way where you want to be, when shopping? Then they turn to you and say, "Am I in your way?'' What is the proper way to respond? If I say "No" I'm a liar. If I say "Yes" then I appear pushy. What's the proper way to deal with this?

I am new to myspace and main reason i've joined is to meet new people in and around my area. This is the point of myspace yes??

Whats the etiquette for meeting new people on myspace?
How would I approach someone I don't know?

Assume when someone has ticked Networking, it means they are happy to have people approach them, does friends mean they only want existing friends to contact them?
Also how should I approach people I know and have spotted their profile. Is it rude just to 'add' in both cases??
Sorry for all the questions I just want to get it right. Thankyou.

I just saw three colors, all wide lacy sanitary belts in my catalog. Also, I read an article in 17 Magazine that younger women are switching away from the stick on pads to the new pretty belts with thin disposable pads... not the old thick/clumpy pads and ugly belts.
Any other ladies here know why? What are the benefits?
Tampon users can refrain from answering, thanks!

I went to the casino to try and win some extra funds and when i sat down at the machine this lady asked me if i'd be here for a minute or two and i said" yeah, i just got here so..." she asked me if i would keep an eye on her machine cause she was going to get change, Well a few people tried to sit at the machine and i told them it was taken but the last person said"I don't see no name on it" and he just sat down and started to play! when she returned she kinda got a tude with me and rolled her eyes very nasty like! was it really my fault? sometimes you say yes to be nice and/or polite, i really did'nt mean that i would actually watch it!

I will graduate at the end of May with a BSN. There are not many gifts for men nurses that I can find and i want him to have something from me as a token of my appreciation for all his time and knowldege. He has been a true inspiration to me and helped me prepare to be a wonderful nurse. I know that I mean alot to him too because he told me that. I'd just like some great ideas.

I went to a friend's wedding this weekend, and although i really enjoyed everything, i have to say that the only awkward moments were when we were forced to follow some very stiff protocol. Now, don't get me wrong, i'm all for tradition and the rituals, etc., but I feel that some things are just over the top, and I think people are forced to do them just because they're afraid people will talk. For example, we greeted the family and the couple outside of the church (Italian Canadian family, so lots of ritual, etc). Then we saw them again and chatted with them casually (better) in the hall during cocktails, etc. But right at 6pm, despite the fact that we had been there for 1-1/2 hours already, took pictures, etc., they made all of us get out of the hall to the lobby, and do another greeting line, which took over half an hour... so the same thing again- kiss kiss, congratulations etc. I thought that was unnecessary, and really, you come off insincere by that point. Am I alone on this one?
