1. I assume you mean Bell Boys. You should tip $1-$2 per bag.
2. 10-15%, like other services
3. Proprietors are never tipped at any business.
4. drivers should be tipped 10-15% unless it's between midnight and 5am, then 25% is customary.
5. Food delivery should be 15-20%
6. valets $1-$5, depending on various factors, use your judgment.
I would say that you don't tip a furniture delivery person. They typically make good money and tips are supposed to supplement income (most of the above professions make less than minimum wage)
Additionally, you should tip maids at a hotel $1-$2 a day & a bartender 10%-15%

1) Yes, depending on where you stay you adjust the tip.
2) Yes, standard 10/15%
3) No, never tip the owner.
4) depends on the service but usually 25%
5) Yes, 10/15% not everyone does but I do.
6) Depends on what your driving an how it comes back.
Its all down to service, I can't stand the "service charges" as standard.
One off deliveries??? not usually.
But all services, such as garbage etc. always at Christmas.

I usually tip hair stylist between 2-10 bucks, depending upon service, and all the other people on your list I have not requested service from, so I am not sure what to tip them.

I try not to tip at all unless they really deserve it. I've worked at a restaurant and 1/10 ever deserved a tip. They are too busy flirting with the guys or talking to their gfriends or texting while your food is getting cold.

Standard tipping is in order - 15-20%. Even though they don't bring you the food, they are following up behind you, refilling drinks (sometimes) and clearing dishes.

Tipping has completely gotten out of hand. Now, they want to charge a service charge of 10% PLUS they expect a tip on top of that!
What a money-grubbing people we have become.
