Who Is Right !!!!!?
at school,
X is sitting on bench doing nothing,
Y comes and hits X lightly several times randomly,
X over reacts in kicking quite vioently towards Y,
Y throws chair at X violently, chair leg hits X in face,
X punches Y several times medium strength

Look up the word Detente because that is what you both need. in other words LIGHTEN UP You are lucky neither one of you was killed. Violence is not the answer to any interchange between human beings Knee jerk reactions lead to accidents that will be regretted later. Buy each other a soda and plan a way for the school to encourage peaceful reactions to violent situations....BTW there is no right in violence. How can you tell I am a mother? AS a impartial observer i cant even begin to see who could benefit from knowing this answer

Well I wouldn't say either one is right, but X is less wrong than Y. I mean he was just minding his own business, so Y didn't have to come up and hit him in the first place.

But X didn't have to over react. So I guess Y is in the wrong.

If I were X I'd beat Y down. Y's got it coming. Tell X to get a bat, or an apology from Y for starting that crap.
