Can't they just walk away a foot or two and be a little more discreet by maybe turning their back to us instead of doing it right there in front of us? Am I the only woman that thinks it's digusting??

It's time to decide on a plate setting design for my daughter's Hope chest. She won't receive this for another 10-12 years so I need it to stand the test of time and be of good quality and classic appeal. What would you recommend?

The music is horrible, I am sure they do not just do it to entertain you while you hold. What is the real reason? I'd rather hear nothing at all.

Why does it "SEEM" that people from New York, New Jersey, in that general area are VERY rude and short with people they talk to? I work at a call center and all of my callers from that area are horrible. Only a handful of them actually have manners. Not to piss anyone of, but is there a reason for this?

Can someone analyze my weird dream?
I am a 31 year old East Indian Hindu male. I keep having these weird inappropriate dreams of teaching nude at a all white girls middle school. I am in the classroom and I am naked and these white13 year old girls are all giggling, and laughing and pointing at me. Some girls are waving their pinky fingers also. What does all this mean?

He waits outside until start of shift smoking and I know he doesn't like me...backstabs and gossips with cronies...I used to say hello...or nice weather, etc. until I heard his backstabbing get worse. Now, I just walk on by him without saying anything but he makes this a big deal too.....by muttering under his breath...and giving me dirty looks. I was always the first to speak to him when I did in the past. He can gossip any other time, but wants to play this game like I am snotty and not speak to me first. He is coworker and not management. I asked others if they say hello to him....and they say no. No big deal for them? I get the added dirty looks...? I am even thinking of parking in the lot [out of my way] so I won't have to pass in front of him, but go straight into door....I don't know why people are so fake with greetings or not when they can't stand ya anyway? I'd rather not speak at all. Yesterday, I noted when another coworker pulled in and walked to door with him..

have you ever been forced by yourself to become less of you and more of someone or something else who/which is widely known to be cool ?..it doesnt mean you have been that way forever...an instance of this might count as an affirmative answer

A painter (who I thought was a friend ) gave me a bid 2 1/2 times more than two other bids on my home. I know some people highball bids if they don't want the job. But this was insulting . Should I ask him why so high or just let it go ?

Her credit seems good. I have an interview with her this Sunday. I am trying to see if we are going to be compatible. What are some of things that I should ask her during our discussion? She has a boyfriend. How should I politely tell her I don't want a third roommate? I don't want to come off as too legalistic (although I am a law student) but I want something in writing laying out our expectations for each other....I have to start exams and studying for the bar soon and I don't need any craziness. How do I bring up the idea of signing a roommate contract without putting her off? (She can still decline to take the apartment if I seem too pushy for her which will leave my boyfriend unable to move back to Atlanta where he has two jobs already and commutes everyday.)
