all over the world the people in governments survive and win elections with the money pumped in by the rich of that country... no exceptions... the rich dictate terms to the office bearers in the governments to make it easy for them to get back the money they invested on them... and multiple times profit...
naturally when the rich get the lion's share the poor are left with the leftovers... hence, they remain poor for ever...
however there are plenty of ways for the poor to earn enough money for acquiring respectable positions... by getting educated and winning competitive exams for higher jobs... earn money and respect...

It has got a very simple answer that rich people have lot of money to invest and even if they lose some they can put more ,on the other hand poor person has only that much to full fill his daily needs even sometimes he is not able to do so or otherwise he tries to save it for bad days. So how he can take a risk to gamble with his hard earned money. So he is always there where he started and rich is getting richer by gambling and taking little risk to lose.

Because lots of the time, the poor people just don't want to read up on investing advice and other things like that. Surely the human spirit wants things to get better, and I can only assume that subconsciously poor people want to be able to keep on saying that the poor keep losing. All it takes is a little bit of resolve to tackle your situation. I know of a woman with down syndrome who worked her way up through Wal-Mart to become a store manager and she has a home and a decent car. Does she complain? No. I like how the groucho marx guy says we "blame the victim". Yeah you're only a victim if you make yourself out to be one. Oh yeah and one more thing, it's because to get rich you must own real estate eventually. I don't own any myself, in fact I consider myself poor at the moment. But I've been job-searching at least 20 hours each week. I've gotten 3 offers so far, decent positions. I'm not even particularly smart. I just have a desire to not be "poor" anymore. My belief is that things will get better.

The poor people should not be given a dole. This makes them lazy and beggars.
They should be given education, and taught skills so that they can work and earn money in the rural areas itself., thus stopping migration to the urban areas and forming slums.
The poor should understand that ONLY WITH EDUCATION they can change.
It is a vicious circle.
The poor are illiterate, they get a dole, they are vote banks for different political parties.
The poor can become rich if they knoow that they have to work for their survival and the Government has to create opportunities for work and give them employable skills so that they can earn and live in better conditions and contribute towards income growth.

Because rich focus on their richness and poor focus on poverty. If poor want to be rich they must focus on richness and nature will make way for them too. Mind is the creator of events in life. So guard ur thoughts.

The rich have opted to be rich after carefully examining everythiing in the light of their experience whereas the poor have opted to be poor again in the light of their experience. We decide and become what we are.

Maybe because the rich can be greedy and not give to the poor. Or perhaps because the poor are lazy and won't seek ambitions.

The poor get all kinds of help from the government. Which makes them comfortable where they are. The people who really get screwed are the people who make to much to be considered poor and can't get government help for anything, but don't make enough to be middle class.

Often the rich have a way with money, know opportunities, can afford to invest. The poor often don't know their way around as well, may make improper decisions. If you have money you get interest so you get more money; if you don't have money, you have to borrow and *pay* interest so you end up with even less....

Most rich people constantly take risks, look for opportunities, and work hard. Even if they fail, they don't dwell on their failures. They take it as experience, learn from their mistakes and move on.
Most poor people do not take risk, they just want a safety net, they rather live paycheck to paycheck, day by day, at times lazy. If they fail, they blame other people for their failures but themselves.
