Should I take the $900,000 or should I trust my case?

I will be moving into a new apartment on April 1. The current tenants will still be living there up until I move in. Is it rude to start having my mail forwarded to my new apartment before I move in?

To put it in a nutshell, if you were the current tenant, would think it was obnoxious if you started receiving mail for the next tenant 1 or 2 weeks before you move out?

Why do some people treat others like idiots? The way to talk or write to and about the other person as if he or she is retarded.

How can I look my age (without wearing any make up) so that strangers don't ASSUME ( I hate it when people assume!) that I'm a teen and don't respect me as much.

I'm 23.

He works in my Department. I am 25 and I know he finds me attractive - by the way he intensely looks at me. I want to make a move..but how do I go about doing this?

Do I tell him, show him? If so, what do I say??

Postal charges are set to rise and I can think of away Royal Mail could save a fortune. What I am wondering is if it is only here in central Scotland that absolutely everywhere paths, streets, doorsteps etc the postmen just throw away these elastic bands? Such a trivial matter but it maddens me as it's everywhere, every day so some Royal Mail bosses must see this too. I can travel over 30 miles and yes they are there too. I am sure if Royal Mail were fined for this they would soon know how to repremand their postmen and recycling these keep our postage down. I know this sounds quite funny and I am a sad person for posting it but some things just get right up your nose!!!

I always wash my hands. It's hard to believe some people use the bathroom and don't wash their hands. They just
use the bathroom, come out and spread their germs around. Scarey that some of these people work with food,
and have jobs that involve touching us, or our things. YUCK

There's this person at my high school who has a few nasty habits. One of them is that they pick their nose. Another is that they then eat it. I want to tell this person that its disgusting and ask him/her to stop. How can I bring it to their attention without being mean and how can I ask them to stop?

I was answering another question on this site about lying, and it got me to thinking that if I couldn't lie (either by not saying anything when someone makes a dumb statement or by facial gestures or whatever) I'd be fired from my job in a second and my roommate would move out in a huff.

You know what I'm talking about: a friend wants to talk about her ex for the 400th time and you really want to say that it's getting old and it would have been fine if she hadn't cheated but you can't -- so you're sort of lying by listening (again!).

Or when you have to bite your tongue to keep from telling people in a meeting that your boss is full of crud when he claims credit for something you did.

So, the question is: Who would you have to avoid if you couldn't lie? Boss, friends, family, co-workers, neighbors, etc.?

I'm really curious about others' answers.

At the Apt building where I have lived for 3 years, about 4 out of 7 days, people have been parking in my spot, I have asked to be assigned at different spot, but have been told that spot goes with my apt. so no is the answer there, I have been told to call the manager when this problem happens and which I have but nothing can be done after 6pm and on weekends because managment is not there in the office, when something can be done is, a sticker placed on their windsheild saying you are in violation in a residents parking spot and you have 24 hours to move this vhecile or it will be towed..Well that is not true, because it is not enforced after 6pm or on weekends or holidays, What can I do? I am about reading to take a knife and cut some tires!!! Oh I have forgot that I have placed "Please do'nt park here tags on their windows, I have had the Tags placed back on my car and some have written F.U. on them.. I need help. PLEASE??

What do you feel is best to do? It's not like I can take the time to explain to every patient I see the very logical reason why I'm not wearing a tie, but I'm sure some patients will secretly feel I'm not professional enough without the tie. By the way, I refuse to wear a bow tie or a bolo tie.

They aren't bootcamp bad (yet) we're trying to prevent that. We need a program or place that keeps kids busy while still teaching them good manners and such.
Suggestions? They're in TX

I never liked her dog, and she knows it, but I do feel bad for her. Would a call from me this fresh (the day after) be helpful or hurtful? We aren't terribly close. Should I follow her lead of the emailed announcement to email some comforting words and let her know I'll call her in a few days or she can call me when she's ready? Or what?? Anyone have any experience with this?
