Im 25 and there is a 40yr old attractive man at my work and he ALWAYS looks at me. I know he likes me...would he be flattered if I made a move or would he run a mile?

he is married, and you are still going to do it. If he is sensible he will run a mile. I really hope that one day you dont have to go through the pain you are going to put his wife through, and all for a cheap thrill. I know he is married through your other questions.
If you have a heart or even an ounce of decency think again.
What is so special about him, that makes you want him? Is it because you feel insecure and you think you might appear a bit more attractive to an older man than to a guy nearer your age?
How would you feel if your Dad cheated on your mum with an 'easy' girl from the office? Because if you do this, that is all you will be. Find a man who is free.
By the way, i think some of your other questions give some insight into the way you think, and i believe that if this man goes for it, he will regret it so much.

Assuming the asker's not a total hoe going after a married man, I'd say go for it. He'll definitely dig it and be flattered.
On the other hand, if he is married, just remember that the karma train will pull into your station sometime in the future.
IMHO, YOU are a sexual harrassment suit waiting to happen!

Don't do it. He might just use you for sex (what 40 year old would not enjoy being with someone 15 years younger?) and then you'll get hurt. Besides, what about 15 years from now when you're married and maybe have kids...wouldn't it hurt you to know that your husband was cheeking around the office with someone almost half his age?

I am (about 40) myself, I can also tell you from experience having this go both ways (flattered and ran a mile).
It's all you! If you like the job do not jepordize it. If not than what the hell.
All people like to know that they are desired by someone. Married or not. The problem lies after that when there are actions to the feelings.
I personally love it when a beautiful women likes me. Younger or older.

Of course he'd be flattered, you're 15 years younger than he is, im 40 and i'd be well impressed if some 25 year old strumpet gave me the come on - cant say the missus would be too thrilled though.

If he were available he would be saying Yee Haa ! Find out if he's available and if he is , go for it . He will be flattered for sure . Us 40 year olds are usually taken though . If were not , he might be a flammer .

Find out if he is married or not.
Talk to him and get to know him, then decide if you want to make a move.
He could be nervous, if he is aware of the age gap, but may feel flattered.

If he is a married man, I hope he will run a mile. If he doesn't then in the shallowness of your minds and inability to put your self in anothers situation you deserve each other. His wife if he responds is most defiantly better off without him. WELL DONE in this self first society you have won the top of the class badge.
If this seems sarcastic and angry. You may blame my two brother in laws who thought leaving their wives and kids for a bit of fluff was a good thing to do. The effect it caused is on their heads now.

If it was your husband - how would you feel?!
Yes he would probably be very flattered and may even play into your hands but it will only lead to pain and misery for someone in the long term.

he probably would be flattered but that's besides the point. He's MARRIED!!!! I don't care what he looks like. He's off limits. There's plenty of attractive single people.
