Masonic lodges use Roger's rules of order, or a reasonable facsimile thereof. You could ask your inspector as well, and if you're in a position to accept motions, I'd expect you to know this already.

I was a member of Jobs Daughters (a Masonic organization) for years, and as I recall, we generally mentioned something prior to the meeting to the recorder (like the secretary) and the Honored Queen and they would say when it would be appropriate during the meeting to bring it up. That way the issue was addressed and I wasn't interrupting the meeting.
