I live in an apartment and not a day goes by that someone doesn't put a stupid flyer on my door. It isn't the flyer that bothers me as I just toss it in the garbage. What bothers me is that it tells everyone you aren't home. You can go on vacation, lock your door, put lights on timers, stop your mail and paper, etc and then someone puts one of those stupid things on your door and it stays there letting everyone know you aren't home. If you have someone to watch your place and take it off , it's no big deal but if you live someplace where you don't trust any neighbor to take them off for you, then it isn't good. How about a don't hang anything on my door list. Maybe fining the companies that do this would make them stop.

She thinks she knows EVERYTHING and she farts all day long. If I even mention that I smell something, she goes OFF on me. We have to share an office for 'team building' and I just can't take if any more! Her last name is something that I can't pronounce and when I try to say it, she yells at me for saying it wrong. I really don't know what to do. I tried to talk to the boss and she thought that I was being childish and immature.

My neighbor lets his dog out to use the bathroom and it comes straight to my yard to crap. We have asked him to keep it on a leash, but he doesn't. My boyfriend went over and told him to pick it up, but he only did it once. We have thrown it back over into his yard, but he doesn't care. I don't want to call the city on him but don't know what else to do. I don't have any pets of my own and keep my yard looking nice. I don't want other animals using my yard as a toilet, plus I have small children running around outside. It's just disrespectful and rude. We do have leash laws, but obviously he doesn't care about that either. Not to mention the fact that my 4 year old is scared of dogs and she can't go outside when it's out there. How should I approach this?

I was just idly watching Big Brother and it seems that they all seem to think the I-do-what-I-want, say-how-I-feel, communicate everything I feel the very moment I feel it, is a desirable personality trait. Isn't "I say what I think" another way of saying "I'm a rude a**hole"?

I have noticed that there are shows, movies, etc. where black people put down white people as a joke. If we did that to black it would be considered racist. What is the purpose of BET (Black Entertainment Television)? If we had a WET (White Entertainment Television) channel, it would be racist.....what a crock.

Now I like everyone else enjoy humor and comedy, BUT I do NOT like it when I see many of my gender thinking it's ok to act crude, crass, boorish, mean and obnoxious just because they feel that 'it's what guys do'. I understand that young boys and adolescents act this way because they still have maturing to do, but for 30+ year old GROWN MEN to behave like this is pathetic. Thankfully there are those of us guys (straight) who think this is NOT the way to behave if you want to be respected in society. What do you think?

I work with someone who has to have the last word. She doesn't let you speak without interupting and always has to be right. She steps on everyone and tries to take control even to her superiors. It's so annoying. It's a small office so do I just ignore her or say something..I want to be kind.

Hello I have a problem or rather a friends of mine do yahoo has deleted ther yahoo 360 and I would like to know why yahoo has infringed on ther freedom of speech? To me honest thay had adult subject mater on it but it was marked adult! What is the point of having a adult section if adult content is not allowed and who is to say what is acceptable and what is not?
This is becoming a standard practice of Yahoo and whether you agree with what thay do is not the point should yahoo who is a public forum have the right to tell you what you can and can not post and read? I say yahoo is infringing on many peoples rights to freedom of speech.

Usually there is seating at a wedding, where when you walk in, you are told which table number to go to, but not necessarily where to sit once you get to the table. I'm just wondering (more like a survey), if people prefer to be shown where they will be sitting, or just be told which table number to go to. This may be a question for theknot.com, but I just thought I'd ask it here to try and get an unbiased opinion (and not one just from future bride to be's)
