Both refer to types of belly buttons: an 'innie' is when the belly button flesh is inside of you, and an 'outie' is when the belly button flesh is rolled on the surface of your skin. Which one you have depends on how the doctor who delivered you when you were born cut the umbilical cord.

Depends on how many babies were line up on the day you were born and how quickly the doctor cut the umbilical cord from your mothers womb. Some left their signature mark (outside) some were in a rush (inside).

Belly buttons - innie is like a little dimple with your belly-button inside your "tummy", outie is when your belly-button sticks out of your "tummy" and stands proud.

An inney is a bellybutton that doesnt stick out, it's like a hole. An outee is one with a bubble-like thing in the hole.

It's a belly-button that either sticks out (out-e) of your belly or sticks in (in-e).
