It's quite disturbing and we have small children, what should I do?

Why are you looking at her crack???? if ya dont like what you see, DONT LOOK!!!

Grow up. It's not your business. If you don't want your kids to see it, keep them away from the windows. Don't even think about embarrassing the woman just because you don't approve of her appearance.
And to the person who said the kids would need counseling- you're either very mean or a drama queen. Kids don't even remember that kind of thing, much less become traumatized by it.

Maybe you should put an anonymous note in her mailbox telling her gently what is happening. That way she can change what she wears and won't feel embarrassed if someone told her face to face.

Mind your own business..it's her a** and the small children won't have an issue with it unless you make it one. Bet there are big old ladies that don't appreciate smart mouthed brats, either.
You have a problem, if you can't fix it, don't pass it on to your kids.

I wouldn't be troubled too much over it, and, unless she asked, I would not tell her. I don't think that your children would even notice a butt crack, and if they do, it probably won't be the worst image they will see during their lives.

Get out your camera and start posting on the internet! Send it to all of your friends and make everybody pay for what you've had to endure!! The internet loves big chicks and butt cracks!!

If you feel its disturbing and you feel comfortable tell her, otherwise put a note in her mailbox and let her know without embarrassing her and yourself. Just write " I think your pants are falling down" or "please pull up your pants before you come outside just wanted to let you know"

why even care? you actually would walk up to a women and tell her that every time she fetches the daily mail that you can see her a s s crack. and im sure your kids are gonna eventually see a s s cracks. don't worry about it.

Someone has to do it. Just drop a letter in front of her door and don't say who it is from. She will probably get embarrassed about it. If she doesn't do it herself then it is time to get the crack spackle.

Leave her an anonymous letter in that mail box that she goes to simply informing her of her mishaps. That should nip the problem in the bud.
