Homemade buttermilk ice cream? My friends mother makes it and they say it is really good. I have never tried it. I don't like buttermilk. Have you ever heard of it? Have you tried it?

In the Bible we are led to believe that Jesus has appeared to his disciples after he has passed over.

I believe in that.

I want to know the following?

aa.- Why the Church plays down this significant ability.
bb.- If Jesus was able to move between the dimensions, it means it is repeatable: hence, is there a methodology to gain this ability?

Creatures such as the Jersey Devil, Bigfoot, Loch Ness Monster, etc.

I think the jersey devil has the most evidence when you think about it. Being from jersey, there are plenty of stories, and in 1909 there was an entire week full of sitings. And in an era in which communication was slow, theres no way it could be just copycat acts. what do you think?

What do Christians think of the theory that Jesus was nothing more than an ordinary man with no special powers, and not the son of any god. That the missing years of his life were spent in India learning the Hindu faith and returned to the Middle East as a Guru. Upon his return he spread the teachings of the Vedas and people listened.
Not comfortable with the idea of multiple gods, Judaism and Hinduism were combined and modified to create Christianity. That Brahma, Vishnu, and Shiva (The trimurti) to Christians became known as the father, son and holy ghost (the trinity).

I've noticed that a lot of the people in this section say they want to supplement their disability income with money from a home based business. I've been interested in that stuff before but be careful of that. That's like one of the top 10 scams of our modern world! Yes there's legit ones in certain fields such as medical transcription and a legit one doesn't promise you like thousands or millions of dollars just by working part-time.

and still trust God? Here is a poem I wrote about hope and healing for those times.

I BELIEVE YOU, GOD

Though I cannot see you, I know that you are there.
You care for me so carefully, and relieve all my despair.
From the moment I awake till the setting of the sun,
You protect me and love me beyond others, seen have done.
My parents, friends and others just go about their days,
so busy, oh so busy doing what they may...
That's why no one noticed or took the time to pray,
for a sick and lonely girl, who was a burden in their way.
She was despised and forsaken and cast out of the door,
no longer had a family and was vulnerable and poor.
no one was able to help or willing you might say,
a girl who didn't seem as good as others in some way.
And so, for this she cried and to the streets she stayed,
she was frightened and afflicted and terribly dismayed.
When all had seemed to go from very bad to worse,
Someone reached out to help and didn't judge or curse.

Forever, Creationists have been claiming that life could not form spontaniously from the materials on Earth by chance. Well guess what Creationists. Some scientists have almost created a living cell from scratch. They say that in 3 years, we will know how life could have formed from nonliving matter. I can't wait for those 3 years to be up. We evolutionists can finally tell the creationists to shut the hell up.

i just wonder if He truly would be as hard on me and insistint on my living my life a certain way, even if it was confusing and painful and torturous to be someone i am not, as the Church portrays itself on the issue of homosexuality. basically... can the Church really know what God would think of 2 ppl of the same sex who just want to love each other and share their lives together while striving still to serve Him and sacrifice for Him within their committed, monogomous relationship?
