In the Bible we are led to believe that Jesus has appeared to his disciples after he has passed over.

I believe in that.

I want to know the following?

aa.- Why the Church plays down this significant ability.
bb.- If Jesus was able to move between the dimensions, it means it is repeatable: hence, is there a methodology to gain this ability?

The miracles that Jesus performed are just that, miracles.
It is not our place to understand how these miracles are performed. If the Bible did explain how these miracles were performed, the wonder of Jesus would be one with extraordinary abilities and not the son of God endowed with His gifts that we are to believe in.

There are many things that we are not supposed to understand. To understand would mean loss of power for the church.

For your second question, I doubt that there would be an answer any time soon. If there were, we would be crossing back and forth in our daily lives.

My current thinking is that the different dimensions of the universe are arranged in parallel rather than in series. This will enable us to travel to any of the dimensions through a junction that links these dimensions. To be able to cross into another dimension, an intense amount of energy is required, which we, with our current technology, are unable to harness.

So, depending on your beliefs, the ability to move between dimensions might be attainable. If your belief is that we do not die at death, but ascend to a different dimension, then we have a one way trip to another dimension. Once we are there, we may be able to acquire the knowledge to return to our current dimension.

Finally a really interesting question. I am no mathematician but I understand that some theories postulate 12 dimensions. that would give us at least 3 parallel cosmoses. According to my understanding of the theory (which is certainly imperfect) This means that what we see as light is energy from the other cosmoses that is part of matter in those cosmoses. Matter being light moving in dimensions wrapped around a geometric point. Our dimensions would be wrapped around a geometric point in the other cosmoses. Where they have matter (in some absolute position) we see light and where we have matter they have light. I worked on this some time ago (when I was younger) until my brain hurt and now can only remember very imperfectly the conclusions. For that reason probably this looks like the rant or an insane man.
If someone could devise a way to pass their organizational potential from one of these cosmos to another the actual energy requirements might be indeed small. This of course is in direct opposition to the theories of the supercollider but we need to start somewhere. Another spin off of this ability if it were to exist would be intergalactic travel using no more energy that a mosquito landing on your skin. What fun that would be.

I had a therapist that said the same thing to me and I quit therapy then concentrated on seeing if I could find a physical reason for my problems. Like you, it's NOT depression. I am not sad, not negative, just tired and sleeping more than others. I've had the need or 8 to 10 hours sleep before. When I was in law school, I needed about 10 hrs. sleep at night or I work up just as tired as I went to bed. The psychologist that I saw then said that stress makes my body need extra sleep and not to sweat it. "8 hours" is considered normal for humans but some get by on far less and there are other people, just as normal, who need. more. My current medical doctor refused to test my adrenals and says there's no sign they're not working right so why test but I suspect it's tied to that. My thyroid tested out normal but in the low range. Have you had your blood sugar checked?

OK, here's my theory but I'm not trying to force it on anyone else. I believe that heaven and hell are real places but not out in outer space or down in the fiery depths of earth.
I think that they are right here beside us in another dimension(s) that we cannot see. I believe that "cross-overs" from the other side do occur but it's not something that we can make happen by our own will. I guess I wasn't aware that churches downplayed this. Jesus was able to do this because....well, he's Jesus

Of course it is possible to cross dimensions. Spirits do this all the time. However, Christianity wants you to believe that it can not be done. In my religion, it is fairly ordinary to call upon spirits from the other side to help you.

Blessed be.

The ability is there it is just not allowed to happen here on earth for humans once we have 'passed'. Luke 16:19-31

uh..... lol?

you might be interested in astral projection. I don't know about other dimensions, but it's supposed to make your spirit fly around the room. that's pretty entertaining, right?

there is a chance it's just a naturally induced phenomena that occurs by stimulating the angular gyrus which distorts your ability to perceive where you are. either way, it's awesome.

Jesus was unique.

We don't have instructions on how to resurrect ourselves from being dead and walk around among our friends.

You say you believe it. You must have your reasons for believing it. Why don't you explain it?
