Has anyone noticed how important your thumb is? 1) You simply cannot hold a mug firmly without the thumb. 2)Writing is very difficult. And 3) try eating food without your thumb.

What do you think?

I am not a Christian but I am reading the bible to understand more. But I have some problems with it. I have read so far about god making laws (The Ten Commandments) but it is so out of date! And so far read up to exodus 33. .finished about the Tabernacle.. The way is seems.. if there was a god he should have Blazed us out of existence by now!

People have been setting dates since way back and none of their faulse predictions have come to pass. Jesus said that only the Father knows. Yes we are getting very close to Jesus return and at a very fast rate, but I will never put dates on anything like that. I believe Jesus will return in this generation the way this world is going, but when I have no idea as I do nto know the day or hour, but the seasons. What do you think?

I'd like to get down to the meat of question, so to speak. I have always been very curious about priestly chastity. So this vow is against any sexual activity at all, even masturbation (which I reck'n it should be, since masturbation is a sin)? Here's the thing. This does not seem psyhiologically practical. Given enough time without release, things happen all on their own. And I don't mean wet dreams. After a while, it's just not possible to not masturbate.

I know I'm stumbling over this question. What I'm asking, I guess, is do they really expect me to believe that priests never orgasm??

If there were no cookies in heaven, would you want to go there? Or would you rather be in hell with the rest of us heathen sinners and enjoy the warmth of the chocolatey fresh-baked cookie?

Not trying to convert y'all, just wondering... And when I say NO cookies in heaven, I mean NO cookies! Just a whole lot of genuflecting and worship and some really bland people to hang with.

Hitler believed in the Christian God. Mahatma Ghandi did not. Does that mean Hitler is in heaven and Ghandi is in hell? If you believe everyone who does not believe in the Christian God is going to hell, at least I'll be in the company of Mahatma ghandi, John Lennon, Albert Einstein, Abraham Lincoln....remind me again why I would want to go to heaven?

I dont want you sh*tty food I dont want your stupid corrupt T.V. I dont want your stupid politics. I don't want your energy bills. I can grow my own quality food. Atheists claim to follow only logic and the evidence. But can one follow only the evidence and logically come to the conclusion that there is absolutely no possibility that God exists?

Even assuming that the currently popular theories of origins are completely correct (Darwinian Evolution coupled with the "Big Bang"), one has still not ruled out the possibility of God. While finding answers to many questions, science has seemingly created more questions than answers. If I had more space I would describe some of the qaundries, but as it pertains to the current question they really don't make a difference.

The most consistently logical and least assumptive conclusion is that God may or may not exist: Agnosticism.

If you disagree with my conclusion, then please describe in detail the evidence that you personally confirmed and tested that verifies with absolute certainty the non-existance of God.
