I see so often Atheists argue that there is no proof for an after life and science has more to do with its time etc
yet there are so many scientists working in this field and discovering all sorts of evidence
you like your science ... but why do some of you pass by scientists that are discovering this type of evidence ?
are you as blind as the religious that you are so quick to put down at times ?

I understand most people don't like it, but why be so judgemental when you see two females/males holding hands or kissing? It's they're preference, let them deal with it. Is it that hard for people to accept gays in todays society?

It has been noticed that senior citizen of the state and country of USA, UK and other European countries have not been draws as respect from family and circle as they been in Asian countries like India and Pakistan.

Seriously, what is God's purpose for us humans?
He one day decided to create Adam for??
What wrong did we humans do to suffer this earth?
Why must we humans suffer the sins we did not
do? Adam and Eve ate the apple not us?
So do you think it is ok if you must go to jail if your
father killed a person? No right? Why? Because your
father killed that person not you. So this theory where
we must bear on the sins of Adam and Eve is rediculous.

Is there anyone who can dare to tell the truth of this world without connecting with any religion, science, philosophy? I believe that there is the truth that is behind the physical substances and theories such as spirit of no physical properties like color which is the nature and spirit can create natural and even it can increase or decrease its size when it wants or needs. why do the scientists only try to find out the truth in the physical substances? why are they not ready to believe in the paraphysical elements like magic or ghost/spirit.i am sure that these little kids like scientists can never try to get the actual truth regarding them like the rubbish. do u know the truth? is there any scientist who is trying to discover the truth on paraphysical elements? (otherwise i will come up with the truth in this earth. i am 16 now and i am ready to disturb my study with no hesitancy to discover the truth, don't ask me why you do that.)

Fact - God may or may not exist. We don’t know.

That said, if belief is essentially about self assurance, about glorifying and appeasing a God and finally about getting into heaven, it seems to me that being ethical in your actions is simply chasing a reward (i.e. a happy God and decent afterlife) then actually doing the right thing because it is right.

Would it be better to remove God and heaven from our actions & simply live as we feel is right - because it is right? To not act like we are chasing an afterlife & instead work on this life and treat it as if it is our only chance, and to get more from it as a result for all of us?

I am not saying we should ban religion, ideas are a personal freedom and important to a lot of people - but that rather then putting our faith in a God that seems happy to leave us be in the mess we make, put our efforts in mankind and do what is good now, for the right reasons, and if there IS a God and afterlife, we will get the same reward?

I have been thinking about attending an episcopalian church and my mother in law said that its a form of a catholic church. She forbids me to attend because she says that catholic people derive from voo-doo. Has anyone ever heard of this?

I refer to religion. I have constantly challenged muslims to come up with at least a shread of evidence to support their absolute and infallible claims regarding islam

My oldest is 11 and well be 12 years old soon. He ask question about how do I know God is real ?? I read the Bible to him but he thinks it might be just a made up book, which I tell him it is not.. How can I make sure he understands it is real and that there is a REAL GOD and that we are just to believe and trust.. He has had so many good things to happen in his life but he still wonders. How can I help him.

What do you Christians base your belief on?
The teachings in the Bilbe?
I believe so because the Bible is the only source
of truth that God left for people. There really
is nothing else to base your beliefs on.
However, there are so many false and inaccurate
things in the Bible, for instance, the earth is flat!!
Well you christians will say that it was a false prophet
that wrote that. So how would you possibly know which
stories to believe in? How could you be so sure that
the stories you think are true are not written by a false prophet?
Faith? Faith comes from the things you believe to be true.
The things in the Bible in unreliable so how can you have
faith in something you can't even be sure to be true?
I want to accept Jesus but i just don't know how to since
the Bible really makes no sense. How can you be so sure
Jesus sacrificed himself or that he will come for the second
time? It might have been a false prophet that wrote that.
Really need some answers.

I saw a Christian so i went straight up to him and
slapped his right cheek. He looked at me with
rage ready to assault me. I then told him to turn
his left cheek to me. He looked unsettled but complied.
So i slapped his left cheek with convition. I told him
that he should not be angry because he is doing
exactly what Jesus thought him which is to turn the other cheek when slapped on the face. So i decided to slap his
right and left cheek for another four rounds and his tears
were sipping. Well, to his credit he still gave me a smile.
At that point i asked him if he felt proud, and he said
he takes pride in following the teachings of Jesus. As a
closing scene i slapped the **** out of both his right and left cheek simultaneously with my two palms. He looked at me
and spoke to me with his whinny voice. " Now that you
slapped both my cheeks at the same time where shall i
turn? Jesus did not give me this scenario." So i told him to
shut the $%&@ up!!

Since all of us are given the power of choice, who's to tell we're not going to sin again when we get to heaven? After all Lucifier and his followers lived in Heaven and were cast out because they betrayed God. Therefore once we enter heaven, we are all capable of sinning because we still have the power of choice! So what's the point?
