Jehovah's Witnesses are untroubled by what others perceive as a "delay".

(2 Peter 3:9) Jehovah is not slow respecting his promise, as some people consider slowness, but he is patient with you because he does not desire any to be destroyed but desires all to attain to repentance

Witnesses do not suppose any particular timetable within which to expect the beginning of the "great tribulation" or its climactic Armageddon. However, many or most Jehovah's Witnesses tend to assume that the deteriorating condition of human society, pollution of the earth, and the continuing fulfillment of Matthew chapter 24 would point to the "conclusion of the system of things" during their lifetimes, and perhaps in the next few years.

(Matthew 24:3,14,22) While he was sitting upon the Mount of Olives, the disciples approached him privately, saying: “Tell us, When will these things be, and what will be the sign of your presence and of the conclusion of the system of things?” [After giving a list of other signs, Jesus says:] And this good news of the kingdom will be preached in all the inhabited earth for a witness to all the nations; and then the end will come. ...In fact, unless those days were cut short, no flesh would be saved; but on account of the chosen ones those days will be cut short.

No, it doesn't make me question my faith. For one thing, the Bible tells us that God isn't slow respecting his promise as some consider slowness, but he is PATIENT with you because he does not desire any to be destroyed but all to attain to repentance. There are also a couple more prophecies to be fulfilled. For one thing, Revelation tells us that Babylon the Great (the world empire of false religion--religion because merchants and kings weep over it, so what other than religion is left? Then comes the great tribulation (which we are warned WILL happen). After the governments come after Jehovah's true followers, God will step in. But for now, God knows people's heart condition. He will know when there is no one who wants to know truth is left. He doesn't want anyone to be destroyed, but to be just, at a certain point he will have to.
Bottom line, if you read the book of Revelation, you will see a couple of prophecies that have yet to be fulfilled (not many are left, though).

No, I don't question my faith.

I'm not serving Jehovah with a date in view.

I pray that I can serve Him for an eternity. So what is a year, 10 years, 50 years, or even a hundred years.

If I remember correctly Noah preached for 125 yrs.

Jesus said you will know when the end times are here.

He also said we won't know the day or the hour.

If 1000 yrs is as a day, 1914 was 2 hrs ago.

What you can see and what Jehovah purposes are two entirely different things.
And to correct you ALL prophecies concerning the end of this system have not been fulfilled.
Jehovahs Witnesses have been preaching that the end of this system is near. And yes they have been doing so since 1914.(Mat.24:14)Noah also preached to the wicked generation of his day that the end was drawing near.He did this for some fifty years before the flood finally came.Jehovah has his own time plan.It is his desire that "all attain to repentence".You should thank Jehovah for his loving kindness and patience toward this wicked system that he has allowed this much time for those honest hearted ones who are seeking righteousness to become part of his organisation and have the hope of eternal life. Why are you wasting your time questioning our Creator.Request a Bible study and get on the road to life(Mat.7:13)

No. it does not for there is one more prophecy to be fulfilled two sorry 1. the end of false religion and 2 .and then a cry of Peace and Security is to be proclaimed in the world it is coming, I have no doubt at all, all things are happening as prophesied!(1Thessalonians5:2,3), you are wrong it will come just as the Bible says, as a thief in the night when it is unexpected and it is now less than ever before that I know of, that is in my lifetime anyway. People feel it won't come in their lifetime some even feel that it won't happen for millions of years or ever, but it will have to happen in someone's lifetime and according to the Bible time looks right for that time now so it could be anytime soon in the next day next week, month year, anytime, no-one except Jehovah knows the day or the hour when it will be(Matthew24:36,37)You may not see the end approaching but that does not mean it won't come. you don't see cancer etc.coming but it comes nonetheless.

There are still too many people out there searching for God. He isn't going to let anything happen until all of his people are found, that is done by sharing the faith with all. I know from personal experience right now in my life that there are people out there, asking for God to help them find him and know him.

JW's have been proclaiming the end for a long , long time..they are so focused on that..Many of their dates, and I do mean many! have been predicted and then proved wrong..Remember a day is like a thousand years to God and thousand years like a day. He loves each and everyone of us and isn't going to let anything happen until of people who want to find him, does so..

I have been given the gift of the Holy Spirit and one you really, really have that..You don't love Jesus or God because of some punishment or reward..It is something that is so deep in your heart that you want so badly to tell everyone and let them have this same feeling of love and peace..Its not about a reward, or punishment which they seem to focus on..I would love and worship God even if there wasn't one..That is what he wants..
One you have that love so deep..loving your neighbor and all people on earth, comes naturally to you..

I would like to recomend a book to read..Its called Disappointment With God, by Philip Yancey..
Even if you are not disappointed with God, you should read this book..it really puts prospective on God..give you a different look at the way God see's things..Its not a big thick book , and it uses the Bible and its examples of what God is trying to do..I recommend it ..its a beautiful book.

2Peter 3: 8-9, Jehovah is not slow with respect to his promise, as some consider slowness, but desires all to attain repentance and get everlasting life.

From His viewpoint, it has only been a few hours since He finished creating humans.
