Is the u.s. going to have a long weekend this year starting this saturday june 30th and having july 2nd off. or is there no long weekend and only the actual 4th off. or is the long weekend the following week starting july 7th?

Okay people........what do u think about it ...
Hinduism claims that reincarnation is REAL , but Christians do not believe in it .----According to Hinduism , as a person performs his karma ( good or bad ) , he is judged n has to reincarnate accordingly , until he/she does all good.A soul recides in each of us, which after death reincarnates in to a different body.----Christianity says man after death goes to heaven n hell ( mythical places i think).----Now there r many REAL EVENTS in which a person remembers about his past life....
1. A child in California remembers about his previous birth --- shown by Discovery channel.----2. A child in India knows about his previous birth , also has a birth ( bullet) mark on his neck, remembers his previous father,mother,city,his occupation --- soldier( died due to gun shot)..------- covered extensively by Indian medias.
Scientists have not been able to explain this phenomenon ..........r there certain genes --- "may be"....

I ask this as a geuine question. It seems that there are a lot of violent Muslims around the would who want to kill each other and any other religion (more so Jews). Do you think it is due to religion or is it more a culture issue? Would be good to get an oppion of a Muslim on this issue. Please do not take offense to this question.

I really want to know. Because in the end Christians want
Jesus to come down from heaven and pick them up.
His second coming could be any time. Right? Ask yourself
right now if you really believe in that. I know that you think
you believe in Jesus, but do you really really seriously believe
in Jesus? If i told you that Jesus might come tomorrow,
would you seriously feel excited just for the possibility of
it happening? Do you? I bet you feel no excitement or
anything whatsoever. Why? Because you don't believe he
will come. You might think to yourself that he will come
but probably not anytime soon. Right?
If you Christians try to be a bit open-minded before
unleashing your raid upon me it would be good.
You don't actually believe that Jesus will come. Because
you simply don't feel like it would happen. You just don't
feel it. You Chrisitians are just like a bunch of sheeps that
think you know what you are doing but actually you don't
even know yourself!!!

just curious if Hell was a new idea that came about with the writers of the NT? Hell to me seems that it was an idea that came out of the influence of Greek mythology & the idea of Hades. if Jews believe in Sheol, where did the idea of Hell come from in a religion that came out of Judaism?
