first you need to get a degree in education. just because you speak the language doesn't automatically make you qualified to teach it.
after that, go online, or contact various institutions to see if they're hiring.

just google for language schools in in the US UK and Australia and give them a call or send and e-mail, they usually are dying to get native speaker teachers.
