Not sure where you want to take this one - being in the culture group I would think you were looking for some kind of law or something like that to protect yourself for one reason or another

Since I dont know the situation I guess the best thing here woudl be to tell you to start looking at the UCC
Now if you are just looking for the saying "The best defense is a good offense" that would be a different story. The equal sign at the end sort of implies something else though.
Any other details to give so that a more concrete answer can be developed for you?
