I really want to know. Because in the end Christians want
Jesus to come down from heaven and pick them up.
His second coming could be any time. Right? Ask yourself
right now if you really believe in that. I know that you think
you believe in Jesus, but do you really really seriously believe
in Jesus? If i told you that Jesus might come tomorrow,
would you seriously feel excited just for the possibility of
it happening? Do you? I bet you feel no excitement or
anything whatsoever. Why? Because you don't believe he
will come. You might think to yourself that he will come
but probably not anytime soon. Right?
If you Christians try to be a bit open-minded before
unleashing your raid upon me it would be good.
You don't actually believe that Jesus will come. Because
you simply don't feel like it would happen. You just don't
feel it. You Chrisitians are just like a bunch of sheeps that
think you know what you are doing but actually you don't
even know yourself!!!

YES, and I would stake my life on it. And so should you.

Jesus Himself warned us against speculating about the timing of His return or claiming we know when it will take place. He said, "No one knows about that day or hour, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father" (Matthew 24:36).

But Jesus did tell us certain events must take place before He returns, and these will be like signposts pointing to His coming. For example, He told us that He would not come again until the whole world has had an opportunity to hear the Gospel: "And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in the whole world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come" (Matthew 24:14). Certainly we see this happening today through television, radio, publications and the Internet.

Jesus also told us that we would see an outburst of evil on an unprecedented scale before He comes again, as Satan lets loose his fury in a final effort to defeat God's plan: "When you hear of wars and rumors of wars, do not be alarmed. Such things must happen, but the end is still to come" (Mark 13:7). Can anyone read the headlines today and doubt the reality of Satan's power?

No, we don't know when Christ will come again—but we don't need to know! Our responsibility is still the same: to love Him and live for Him with all our strength. Is this your goal?

Yes, actually I do think he will come. No, I do not think he is coming soon, because I think that the world is going to get a lot worse first. However, Jesus told us that no one knows the hour nor the day, so he very well could be coming tomorrow. And yes, that is an exciting thought, albeit a frightening one (I would not feel worthy).

No I would not get especially excited if you told me he was coming tomorrow. That is because if Jesus said no one will know the hour nor the day, how would you know?

Yes, Christians have doubts, maybe they sometimes feel that Jesus will not come. However, all humans are sinners, Christians included. God knows we will doubt sometimes; he loves us anyways.

All Christians are not sheep; some of us have actually researched this and chose it because we believe it to be the truth. I truly hope that someday you do too.

The people that think Jesus will return in their lifetime are the most insane bunch of people I've ever had the displeasure of meeting. Their pitiful argument is so incredibly asinine that instead of arguing, I tend to stare at them blankly for a few minutes and proceed to laugh them out of the room.

Goodness sake, son, get a grip! You post such nonsense as I've read in your other posts, ripping Christians then lying and presenting yourself as a crazy Christian? You then expect them not to "rip you"?

You're behavior is insane.

You want respect? Give it. Until then only contempt. I'm no Christian. I don't turn the other cheek when I see deliberate rudeness that is undeserved (you don't need to post this junk), lying from people with no integrity or honor, or hypocritical people who think they have free speech and then whine when others use their own in response.

Get used to it until you show some maturity.

You make valid points. You are at least 89% correct. The way I figure it, the Christians I know wouldn't act as they do if they thought Jesus was coming soon. I don't know what the truth is - I figure that people have mangled it pretty badly.

Yes I believe his return will be soon however if you told me he was coming tomorrow I would not have faith in what you said no man can predict the hour he will return, That is why God said to always be ready. I believe it will be soon rather it will happen in my life or not I don't know.

I BELIEVE THE BIBLE

I believe the bible is fact, is truth, it is exact,
That violence did last, to end with Noah in an ark,
It is meant to tell us how evil does rule to death,
From Abraham, to Lot and Job, see land pirate acts.

Also Sodom and Gomorrah not even ten for a land law,
God's angels aren't safe to visit lawlessness so raw,
Lots daughters thought they were the only one left alive,
to repopulate the earth, from the plan they both devised.

Get Lot drunk on wine, and both children were with child,
No story is omitted from bible, no matter if it seems wild.
They merely survive as nomads upon land pirates soil,
Until 70 in family of Jacob, end up in Egyptian's turmoil.

At the time of Moses, all infant males are to be slain,
His parents come up with a plan that works to save him,
By the time he is age 80, Pharoah has no heir to reign,
Guess he learned how it felt, when he was killing them.

Noah in ark year 1656, now 857 years later heirs flee,
At 897 years, the land pirates land, is all they see,
They are to destroy 7 nations & Promised Land is free,
Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, Joseph, Job, Moses & Joshua be.

A Priest line, a king line, the judges, all are family,
From the 12 tribes of Jacob, past 4 generations to see,
Judges 11:26; 301 years is 1198, land not trouble free,
Now Eli, Samuel, Saul to king David who brings peace.

So heir Solomon at 1Ki.6:1;480 years a temple to be,
He had 36 years to die 1413 after Noah, and 997 BCE
The 18 Judah kings end in 391 years, no temple to see,
All land is desolate and captive to Babylon Empire #3,

At 1804 years after Noah, All rebuilt by Cyrus decree,
Past 1874. Daniel 633-533, O.T. 39 books, done 443 BCE
Soon the owner of the universe amid land pirates to see,
A simple man named Jesus has no freedom here in speach.

All that he owns is clamed by Satan, Romans and priest,
He is crucified, resurrected & ascends to God's presents,
To wait until Satan & 1/3 angels cast down as enemies,
Prepares place for raised & caught up at last day as his.

To be with him at his coming and he reigns 1000 years,
The heavenly resurrects those earthly to have no tears,
All is made new & perfect & the perfect have no fears,
A new heaven & new earth is paradise, all forever his.
